Sarah was incredibly thankful for Calvin; she didn’t want to admit she’d messed up and lost control of her hoverboard and was glad he’d shown up. The adjustments she’d made were not quite fine tuned enough it seemed and she was just lucky it didn’t get broken. She put her board in the back and climbed into the passenger side, smiling. “Thanks Calvin, you’re a life saver.”

    “𝓝o problem.” Calvin waited until she was buckled into her seat before pullinghis truck away from the curb and back onto the road. “Where were you headed?” He asked, taking a glance over towards her and then looking back towards the road ahead of them. He felt more confident in his driving since being on the Ranger team, and frankly, he was thankful for it. Hayley wasn’t having to drive him all over the place when he needed to go somewhere.

Sarah settled in beside him with a smile. She was glad to see how comfortable he was getting with driving and was just glad that they had him. Calvin really was a good friend.

“Actually yeah,” Sarah said, holding her hoverboard under one arm, twigs and leaves stuck in her hair, her clothes a mess, obviously having gotten into some sort of trouble, “I’d really like that, Calvin.”

   𝓒alvin gave a smile towards her before gesturing towards the bed of the truck. “Put your board in, and hop in the passenger side. I’ll give ya a lift.” He knew that something had happened, perhaps it was just a bit of a mishap or she tripped over something while she was riding her hoverboard. Whatever it was, he was glad that he managed to get to her on time in case she had any injuries and was forced to walk to wherever she was going.
