Last month I applied to two jobs and didn’t get either of them. A friend even put in a good word for me for one of them. This Monday I started an internship that pays more than one of the jobs and the internship is actually in my field of study. My co-workers are nice and have so much experience to share with me. I’m glad I didn’t hear back from either of those two positions. I was a bit demotivated about employment after graduation but it worked out.
Allow yourself to be disappointed/frustrated but keep at the job hunting at the same time. Somethings on the way.
Maybe.

Just some gloomy afternoon thoughts
I was just thinking...I always yell about how I want to make friends, but I never yell at myself to be more approachable. I'm not really that, am I? Always so scared of things going wrong, of wronging people...sometimes I look, let's say, at my sense of humor and realize wow, I don't bite at all but this suggests otherwise. It's like I don't want anyone to get closer to me.
I wish it was easier for people to approach me. I wish I could make it easier.
Idk guys. Blame the gloomy rainy weather for this mindset.
yeah just leave it on the table for me I’ll get some in a minute
Your mental health should be a priority.

Study Tips: how to force yourself to study and stay focused
Audience: try to study with other people. Not just study-buddies, it can be useful to study in a room with other people even if they’re doing something else, too. When I know that there’s somebody watching me, I amo more likely to complete my study tasks and do my best and show them how many things I know about that subject. It’s also a good training for the real (oral) exam.
Studylapse: if you don’t feel comfortable with a real audience and want to actually get work done, try to film yourself with a lapse-mode video. You can eventually share these videos and find more motivation by watching other users’ videos.
100 days of productivity: I subscribed (it’s not an actual subscription, you just take part to this project whenever you want) 4 days ago and I really feel satisfied of the work I’ve done. Everyday, you can share a picture and a short description about your tasks, homeworks and what you have studied/learnt/completed.
Stay organised: always set your daily tasks and your goals. For the heavier tasks - longer or more difficult works - try to split them in smaller ones, so you can feel more pleased when you complete each one.
DON’T plan your breaks: it doesn’t mean that you can have a break every ten minutes, it just means that if you plan even your breaks they won’t feel like real breaks. Maybe you’ve planned to stop after 30 minutes of studying, but then you realise that you’re very focused and concentrated so just continue studying. Break delayed.
