So I’ve been depressed, more than usual, which has caused me to sleep majority of the day, so when I wake up I’m typically not really that hungry so when I eat I only eat a small portion and then I don’t really crave to eat anything else.. I haven’t been counting my calories.. I realize when I do I tend to binge eat afterwards and then I do yoga when I wake up and before I sleep
