Holy, in the sense of the Sacred. Ordered. Pure.
Phobic, as in a fear.
Thus, holyphobic is a person who is afraid of the natural and sacred laws existent in nature by a higher order or power.
It is the same with heterophobia. An irrational fear of heterosexuals and heterosexuality.

Actually, that's not true! Every person I have talked to about the various queer identities has been very understanding and has recognized how their own actions can hurt the LGBT community, whether or not they were intentional acts.
So maybe it's just your own shitty beliefs that people find ridiculous because they literally make no sense and aren't founded in reality :)
