it perfectly encapsulates my relationship to gender more than any other artwork

i find it at least somewhat validating/affirming/comforting as a trans man/masc

i like it, mostly for reasons that are unrelated to being trans

Metoidioplasty - lengthening your clitoris to around the size of a thumb, with the option of lengthening the urethra so you can pee from the tip and the option of an additional surgery called a panniculectomy to make the metoid penis "stick out" more

Phalloplasty - taking skin grafts from other parts of your body and, over multiple surgeries, forming it into a penis shape that you can pee out of!

Burried clit - when you have phalloplasty, you have the option for your clitoris to be inside the phallo penis or the option for your clitoris to stay as is with the phallo penis being above the clit. If the clit is burried, the nerves from the clitoris will be hooked up with the nerves taken from the skin graft, and so sexual sensation can be felt through out the penis (there is a small chance this doesnt work depending on the type of skin graft you choose, but in this scenario there is a 100% chance it works)

Things to consider

Metoidioplasty:

You can simply have a piece of skin detached that "holds back" your clitoris, or you can also have it lengthened as well

You can still get testical implants whether or not you keep the vaginal opening open

Phalloplasty:

You can have a bending bar to physically move your phallo penis into being erect or have a hollow cylinder inside that fills with liquid when the testicals are squeezed which makes the phallo penis erect (there are a few options of different types of pumps)

You can also not put anything inside the phallo penis if you do not care to have it erect

Testical implants are optional here as well of course!

Yes, even for ""obvious"" things (facial & body hair, breasts, etc)

Note from poll author: The terms ""obvious"" and ""less obvious"" were used to save space. A better way to say this would be "things associated with being strictly male or strictly female (facial hair, breasts)" and "things not strictly associated with male or female, but still enforced through white supremacist gendered beauty standards (hand & foot size, facial shape)".
