BABY BOY IS HERE!!! please meet aster! he was customized by furbyfry on instagram, who also drew the art that came with him!!! 🥺 i love this baby so much already. he doesn’t have a bad angle. he has so many cute little details on him (my favorite are the birds in his fur) and i’m so happy to have him!!! 

hope y’all love him as much as i do, i think he’ll fit right in with my furb family!!!

hey y’all, atlanta protestors have been arrested en masse and they really need funds right now. please donate if you can. link goes to their bail fund on the action network. 

edit: it happened again. hearing of at least 30 arrests tonight.

as of June 14, 2020, they need more funds.

reminder that when change.org asks you to “chip in’ after you’ve signed a petition, that money does NOT go to the petition organizer or any related fundraiser. change.org uses misleading language like this to trick you into paying them. they’re a for-profit corporation. don’t give them your money, send what you can to verified bail funds / gofundme campaigns / etc. instead

I keep saying it but it bears repeating, especially since white allies arent listening:

Stop trying to give credit to people on the front lines of these protests.

I need to stress this, you are doing the cops job for them.

Those masks you're wearing at these protests? They're not just to keep you from catching the rona. Its to conceal your identity.

And that entire purpose is destroyed the second you try to take or give credit for being on the front lines.

Cops are monitoring social media. The second you name someone on the ground, that person is now a target.

Now is NOT the time to be taking credit for your actions.

Keeping each other safe means keeping your mouth shut.

Do not name ANYONE on the front lines. Do not name ANYONE at the protests.

The ONLY exception to this rule is when you are outing a white supremacist or undercover cop trying to instigate more violence.

Do not name your fellow protestors. Don't even discuss who may have done what. Stop doing the cops job for them.

Filling their snitch lines and apps with junk is great, but if you're simultaneously going around and naming protestors, you're not helping at all.

Reminder that Stonewall wasn’t about marriage equality. Stonewall was about police brutality. It was about systemic abuse and subordination. Stonewall was spearheaded by black trans women. As we celebrate Pride 2020, within the context of the Black Lives Matter riots, it’s imperative that we remember that.

Riots in protest of police brutality are the reason that we have more rights today. Do not forget your roots.

You can’t celebrate Pride while simultaneously condemning the Black Lives Matter riots and protests that are happening right now. Know your history.

op is a pedo apologist so i’m taking some important information regarding cops and how to keep safe:

Don’t talk to cops about insignificant things, it’s a trick to get you into a talking-mode to gradually work to more sensitive questions.

Don’t talk to workers inside a police station (medics, cleaners, people bringing bitter cold coffee), assume they’re all cops.

If you absolutely must talk to a medic, deliver your essential medical information to them in one sentence and go back to ‘no comment’ after that. Do not get in a conversation.

Don’t accept a lawyer offered by the cops or a lawyer you don’t know. ONLY take the lawyer provided by the activist organization you’re part of and ask to see their ID. Do not believe people who claim they represent the same firm. If in doubt, keep your mouth shut.

Also be careful about anyone in the same arrest van / cell as you because

- cops are known to put undercovers in cells to interrogate the arrested

- everything is monitored all the time

Comfort and support your comrades, but do not share personal details or discuss anything that could be used against you.

EVERYONE, MEET STINKY!

Starting as a 1998 Skunk furby, he needed elongation

So I starting sewing his new body

As well as making him a new belly

His faceplate got removed and glued to the spine

And I stuffed his body, glued the faceplate to the his original body, and sew the whole thing close

But he looked like a worm and he needed something more. So I designed some legs for him

I sew the 4 parts of each legs together, cut holes in the body, and sew each legs by hand before stuffing them and sewing them close with the feet

And here he is, Stinky the (cursed) oddbody furby is finally finished!
