i deleted the tumblr app off my phone, because i literally couldnt stand what it was doing to me. it ate too much of my time without giving me much back, n i was only using it to boost campaigns n the occasional political post now n then
because i dont really like scrolling on pc, i just kinda fell off using it. bluesky has become my main social media now, n since most gfms are also on there, i just share them there. my url on bsky is the same as the one here
i still dont have any money to give, in fact the situation has gotten worse now that im out of stable income
i really truly dont feel like coming back to using this website regularly, for anything at all. i will keep this blog up for archival purposes, so anyone who wants to know what i was up to before leaving can look at it, n i can also browse my own blog whenever i feel like finding an old post
tl;dr: my time as an active tumblr user is over, this blog n all my sides stay up as archives, find me on bsky also as kindestegg, all campaign boosting from now on will happen there as well
Hello I am Hani from Gaza from Palestine I am seriously injured in my foot more than a year and the need for an artificial joint for my feet every day that passes, our life is getting worse in Gaza, there are more than two million people, we need large amounts of food but with the closure of the crossings, it is impossible every day for food to become scarce and its price rises dramatically, there is no water and not even electricity to run water wells, our life is tragic in addition to all This sounds of explosions and cannons and planes that have never been rare never stop when we ask you to donate you are our only hope with this money we can eat some available food or even some clean water to drink no sanitation or health services diseases everywhere insects too everything is so difficult that you can't imagine what we are going through without experiencing it it's harder than what you see on tv our life is tragic So I ask you to donate to us any amount you can afford for my family and I need something to help 🙏
Vetted by @gazavetters, my number verified on the list is ( #99 ) ✅
like people want to think any disabled person who is after money is morally suspect some way, because they're not asking for "treatments" or "accommodations" like a lot of our issues can be fixed way more easily with money. can't drive? paying for a taxi is often one of the more accessible alternatives. can't cook? you can pay more to have prepared food delivered to you. food restrictions? that food straight up costs more money. can't clean? you can pay for someone to do that. house inaccessible? having (lots) of money can help with that, you get the gist.
having money won't make us abled. it also won't stop our symptoms from being distressing, painful, or debilitating. but there's a huge gap in experience between the average poor disabled person and someone who's actually wealthy. you can buy your way out of some of the difficult situations most disabled people are left to rot in. wanting money, needing money, asking for money is pretty natural when it's such a useful tool. why get so weird about disabled people wanting money like i'm pretty sure everyone wants money anyway
Imagine waking up to the deafening roar of explosions, your tent shaking violently as the earth trembles beneath you. In an instant, everything is chaos—your children scream in terror, clutching onto you as you scramble to escape. The sky is filled with smoke and falling debris, the air thick with dust and panic. There is no time to think, no time to gather what little you have left. You run—barefoot, desperate, carrying your baby in your arms—praying that you will make it out alive.
Images: Hossam sent us images of what his family's tent looks like today after violent airstrikes in Gaza last night (03/17/2025).
Video: to further prove the validity of Hossam's story, we have included an Al Jazeera news report that Hossam sent to us, in which he briefly appears (at the 0:48 mark)

For Hossam Al-Qazzaz and his family, this nightmare became reality LAST NIGHT (03/17/2025) when an airstrike obliterated their tent—their last refuge after losing their home, a casualty of the war in Gaza. With no shelter, no safety, and nowhere left to run, they are once again plunged into unimaginable uncertainty as the ceasefire in Gaza collapses and war reignites around them.
Hossam, a dedicated father of four, has already lost his home, his job, and his peace of mind due to the relentless bombardments in Gaza in the 15 months preceding the now,-collapsed ceasefire. Now, with nothing but debris around them, he, his wife Hanan, and their four children—Bashar (9), Hani (8), Diana (4), and 5-month-old Habiba—are now struggling to survive with no roof over their heads.
The suffering extends beyond Hossam, his wife, and his children. Hossam is also the sole caretaker of his elderly parents, aged 75 and 72, both in fragile health. His father is suffering from severe burns and urgently needs medical care, while his mother battles high blood pressure and requires constant attention. But with no home, no stable source of income, and skyrocketing prices for essentials like rice and cooking gas—driven by the border closures and the ban on goods entering Gaza—Hossam is trapped in an incredibly difficult and stressful situation.
Despite these unbearable challenges, Hossam is not asking for much—only the money needed to survive, and to be able to evacuate to safety when the border crossing opens again.
"All we want is to live in dignity," Hossam pleads.
This is where you can make a difference. Every small donation—no matter how modest—can help provide food, clothing, and medical care for Hossam, Hanan, their children, and elderly parents. It can help ensure that Habiba gets the milk and diapers she desperately needs and that his family is not left out in the open with nowhere to turn.
Please, if you can, donate or share Hossam’s story today. Your support can be the difference between survival and despair.
Please consider donating to the Al-Qazzaz family’s original fundraiser to help them buy food and essentials and rebuild their tent:
Dear reader,
I am Hussam Al-Qazzaz from Gaza, and I am wr… nouraldin alqazzaz needs your support for Support Hossam’s afflicted family t
Our founder, Bethany-Grace ( @rumiandroses ) is also sponsoring a fundraising campaign to help Hossam, Hanan and their entire family evacuate to safety. If everyone donates a little, we might be able to get them to safety the moment the border crossing opens again:
My name is Bethany-Grace, and I am the founder of The Gaza Giving Tree, a volunteer initiative dedicated to amplifying the voices of civilia
Together, we can ensure that Hossam's family does not just survive—but begins to rebuild a life of safety, stability, and hope.
Hossam’s campaign has been vetted by @gazavetters, and (#287) on their list of verified campaigns.
It seems that I will enter a severe depression, because I even lost the tent that sheltered me and my family, and my only consolation is that my family and I got out from under the rubble without any harm, but my body is still trembling and fear controls me when I hear a sound Planes please my friends don't leave us stand by us please for the sake of my little children
Hello my friend, how are you? I hope you are well. Unfortunately, my friend, we are not well. Our tent was bombed and we miraculously survived, but now we are scattered. My wife and children are staying with my wife’s father as a temporary solution, and I am sleeping next to our destroyed tent. So, please donate $50 to build a new tent to shelter us, which costs about $800, and also to buy clothes, food, and basic necessities. Please do not leave us. The video of our tent being bombed is in our pinned post as conclusive evidence of our suffering. I trust you, my friend.
Today the occupation has advanced greatly towards us and bombed the school gate with a tank shell and 9 people died and we are now displaced to my uncle’s house in his torn tent. Please share our suffering and donate so we can escape from hell.😭🙏🙏
Beginning Friday the 11th, RTVS will be holding another 3-day weekend fundraising event for the people of Palestine.
It is a tragedy that Palestine is still enduring the same nightmarish conditions that they were this time last year. There has been little to no improvement in things as Israel continues to break ceasefires and block incoming aid as they try and continue their genocide. We would like to once again rally our community and as many others as we can reach to give what support we are able to to Palestine's people.
Like last year, the event will not be a traditional stream fundraiser, rather than pointing people at one donation point, we will be suggesting a number of different recipients for support. However, this year may be organized slightly differently than the way we did it last time; more information regarding that will be shared in the next few days once we confirm our plan. Overall, it's the same idea: all donations to Palestinians and aid groups will be tallied into our grand total for the event.
The all-day, all-weekend streaming event will once again feature a rotation of hosts from Radio TV Solutions putting on all kinds of events. Themed segments, classic segments, crazy gameshow-type beats, chill segments, gaming w/ Da Whole Crew and MORE await you. The event will be hosted at http://stream.rtvsfundraiser.live/. Mark your calendars, tell your friends, and GET READY!
it’s trans day visibility so if you know any dolls just give them money please they are trying to take away everything from us they can federally was invited to all of these shows and had so many opportunities internationally that I can’t even make a good on becuse of that passport shit like this is actually going to effect the rest of my life in a crazy way and legit nothing will make me feel better than not being discriminated against for how I show up in the world or being pro anything the government deems “woke” which is still such crazy work how they took that and made it a pejorative smh the way freelancing has been dead for me since I actually started speaking on non-fashion related and now I have to ask my followers for money every other day
Anyways shout out to everyone trans even though I think the hyper visibility is what got us good in the end might as well be loud as fuck about it now (if it’s safe for you)
This is the worst Eid I have ever experienced in my entire life. I lost all my friends in the war and I am left alone here suffering from the pain of loss. I used to go and visit my friends, but today I went to their homes and found their mothers collapsing from crying and grieving over the loss of their sons. We used to meet and go out and spend a pleasant time together, but unfortunately today I went and visited them in the cemetery and sat next to them all day crying from the intensity of my pain and regret. How difficult this feeling is for me and I cannot bear it!!! 😭
Please help me and my family by donating so we can escape this war and genocide and start a new, safe life!!🥺
Hello, as you know we have returned to genocide, death and destruction... martyrs are everywhere, there is no security... today is supposed to be a day of joy and happiness and people visit each other to celebrate and not to mourn and offer condolences for the loss of their loved ones.😔
No food or drink and the crossing is closed... Eid al-Fitr is a holiday for exchanging gifts and giving children money but the situation is extremely difficult.😔😢
Please help us and donate to us, as if it is a gift for the children to be happy by buying necessities, food and toys 😞🙏😔💔
Hello, I'm Lama from Gaza, I'm 24 years old, and my husband Mohammed is 30 years old, we got married in 2022 in a beautiful, warm and quiet
Stop putting vaspider on my dash, they're the one who kicked off the hysteria against Palestinian gofundme's leading to people taking back thousands of dollars they've donated and reporting their fundraisers as fraudulent, potentially dooming families to death
i’ve successfully evaded bad jokes by jeff/writing prompts/drawing prompts for a while i think but just in case he’s still lurking out there he majorly contributed to this too and made a ton of really racist/islamophobic posts
This is especially relevant now that staff deactivated Ahmed aka 90s-ghost's blog, and more than a years life-saving work he did verifying fellow Palestinian's fundraisers.
Ahmed's been on tumblr for more than a decade, has had a news article written about him, been in fandoms, has many close friends on here, etc etc....he's a real human being that tumblr staff very much knows is a real person. Vaspider and Badjokesbyjeff are absolutely responsible for directing organized harassment and mass reporting his way, and staff are going to get Palestinians killed by deactivating 90s-ghost.
He's kept so many people alive this past year through tumblr, and deactivating his account cuts off hundreds of families from their best hope of raising desperately needed funds for survival supplies as Israel bombs Palestine. Ahmed himself is trying to keep his own family, including a baby, alive too - you can donate to him here. Info on demanding staff reactivate his account here.
From living in a beautiful home after her marriage in 2022 to now residing in a flooded tent, Lama’s family has been left utterly unprotected from the destruction, harsh weather, and despair brought by the occupation.

Lama has already lost so much and is determined not to lose any more. In the face of the world’s most broadcasted genocide, every Gazan family’s plea is a stark reminder of the unimaginable suffering unfolding before our eyes. If we have the ability to donate, we are their only chance at survival.
Consider that Lama is just one of many women in Gaza enduring such unimaginable hardships. By contributing to her campaign, you’re not only helping her family meet their most basic needs but also supporting a resilient woman who strives to aid her community amidst overwhelming adversity.
Brazil’s Supreme Court declares Bolsonaro a defendant in coup plot case
In a unanimous decision, the five-member First Panel of Brazil’s Supreme Federal Court ruled on Wednesday that former President Jair Bolsonaro will stand trial, officially making him a criminal defendant in a case tied to an alleged coup plot.
The far-right leader and seven of his allies face charges including attempting to overthrow the government, violent abolition of the democratic rule of law, and destruction of public property. If convicted, Bolsonaro could face up to 40 years in prison. The court has yet to set a trial date.
Beyond Bolsonaro and his seven co-defendants, the Supreme Court is still evaluating whether to indict 26 additional individuals.
Prosecutors have described the group of 34 as a criminal organization that sought to keep Bolsonaro in power despite his defeat in the October 2022 election to Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
