This is an illustration for one of my Aus which is the gods Aus where Dagur and some other characters are demi Gods who serve the norse gods and obey them , Dagur was gifted with the power of controlling lightnings and generating electricity from his body and he was considered to be the strongest of them all (the demi gods) which made him the favourite for the norse gods so they considered him a weapon basically, they used him for hard missions and tasks and for capturing those who are out of control .
Dagur had faced lots of problems and issues during the time he worked for the gods, as soon as he makes one simple mistake he'd be punished brutally, that caused him to develop anger issues and coldness in his attitude, with time he couldn't handle the humiliation and pressure that was put onto him until the day his rage was released on 2 of the demi Gods who were underestimating him since the day they knew him , leaving them lifeless . The gods weren't satisfied with his actions but kept on doing what they always do to him , his rage got out of control again resulting in killing one of the gods this time...this is when the gods knew they had to do something about it , they decided to take away his powers and leave him on Midgard , where he builds the desire for revenge and starts thinking of a way to make himself powerful again , he heard of those beasts who rule the thunderstorms , called the Skrills , he began his journey to their island searching for them , finding a big herd of skrills with their leader who's apparently a titan wing , he had some hard time dealing with them leaving him with scars and bite marks all over his body , at the end he earned the respect of the titan wing once it tried to strike him but failed , it was interesting to find out he was immune to electricity still. With the skrills on his side, Dagur felt strong again , he controlled them and they obeyed his commands , using them to destroy anything that came his way , his skrills filled him with power , he discovered that what the gods took away was his ability to generate his powers , which means he still can absorb the electric energy if he was hit with lightning or if his skrills provided him with what they've absorbed and stored of electric energy. With all the problems he caused in midgard he was getting more known to people, always trying to avoid him at all costs , he was doing lots of sabotage around causing the gods to worry more, but they didn't know what's coming for them yet✨️.
Imma tell you about his skrills now , so the one yawning is the titan one , Dagur's main , he travels on him while the other members of the herd follow from behind , the two laying next to each other are a couple actually , the female is the one without the beard <3 , the one in the corner is a cutiepie❤️ he's goofy and the friendliest of all also the youngest , this is not the whole herd just few of it , there are way more skrills 😭
