Imagine this story : Killua and Gon are two kids that had been sick for most of their lives and because of that, they never had the chance to socialize or meet friends. Eventually they both get to a stage of their illness where they need to be hospitalized and they meet in the hospital.

As the story goes... you find out they both have a rare Illness with no cure and few makes it to adult year... but they don’t care, coz they found each other and they have so much fun, they even end up sharing a bed and all the staff let them get away with their shenanigans coz they are just that cute...

And they stay best friends... until the end. 😭
