Hey reminder for anyone who feels embarrassed about their obscure triggers that don’t make that much sense:

You’re not the only one; one of mine that no one could've guessed was a trigger is a specific font that is sometimes used. Obscure triggers are totally valid since they're just whatever your brain hangs on to and associates with trauma

There’s an art project I saw somewhere about how scrambled eggs was the speaker’s trigger, and it goes on to explain how her r*pist made it for her after the incident. 

It may sound obscure upon first hearing about it, but it’s absolutely justified. That applies to everyone’s “weird” trigger. It’s actually totally sensical.
