In March 2025, we flew to the Maldives — more specifically, to the beautiful island of Kanifushi. Located in the Indian Ocean, the Maldives are known for their crystal-clear turquoise water, white sandy beaches, and tropical climate. Temperatures are warm all year round, making the islands a perfect destination to escape everyday life and enjoy pure relaxation.
Our journey already felt special from the very beginning. We first took a direct flight to the main island, and from there, we continued by seaplane. That second part of the trip honestly felt unreal.
When we arrived in Kanifushi, it immediately felt like stepping into paradise. The island was exactly how you imagine the Maldives to be — soft white sand, warm sunshine, palm trees, and the clearest water I had ever seen in real life. Everything felt calm, peaceful, and almost surreal in the best possible way.

What made Kanifushi so special was not only how beautiful it looked, but how it made me feel. Life there instantly slowed down. Waking up every morning surrounded by the ocean was something truly special — from the first day on, I felt completely disconnected from stress and everyday routines.

Kanifushi is the kind of place where you can be active and relaxed at the same time. There is so much to enjoy — from water sports and boat trips to snorkeling, diving, and simply making the most of the island's natural beauty.
But the best part for me was the feeling of being completely present and enjoying every second of being there. No notifications. No deadlines. Just the ocean, the warmth, and the four of us.
