The world and the universe is an extremely beautiful place, and the more we understand about it the more beautiful does it appear. It is an immensely exciting experience to be born in the world, born in the universe, and look around you and realise that before you die you have the opportunity of understanding an immense amount about that world and about that universe and about life and about why we’re here. We have the opportunity of understanding far, far more than any of our predecessors ever. That is such an exciting possibility, it would be such a shame to blow it and end your life not having understood what there is to understand.

INCREDIBLE PAINTINGS ON THE CEILING OF THE CATHEDRAL OF PARMA
Located in Piazza Duomo of Parma (Italy), next to the baptistery and Bishop’s Palace. Externally is a Romanic building, but the most of part of the interior is from Renaissance. Some of the lateral chapels still have Gothic frescoes.
Before that catheral there was a basilica from 5th-6th century. Later, the bishop Guibodo built a cathedral, which was destroyed by fire in 1055-1058 aproximately. After that, the catedral was rebuilt completely in 1178.
Anyway, ignoring history I have to say that the ceiling paintings (also the walls) of the cathedral are incredible. I’ve doubts about seeing something like that before. I was surprised to find that artwork in Parma, so... I recommend it!

WHAT ABOUT DAKAR?
A bustling city of more than two million inhabitants, Dakar is the political, commercial, and cultural capital of Senegal and home to people from all parts of the country. It is a remarkably multi-ethnic and religiously plural city, home to each of Senegal’s eleven major ethnic groups, vibrant communities of adherent to Senegal’s unique and especially tolerant version of Islam, a large Catholic community, a number of Protestant congregations, as well as Lebanese, European and some Vietnamese immigrants who have made Dakar their home for generations. I was absolutely surprised about the respect between cultures.
You have to live it to know about what we’re talking about.

WHERE DO YOU PREFER TO GO???
The traveler sees what he sees. The tourist sees what he has come to see.
Our thrilling life.
Do you want to live an unforgettable experience? Siné-Saloum is waiting for you!!!
Siné-Saloum is a region of Senegal, 3-4h from Dakar by taxi. I recommend starting in a village called N’Dangane, this location is idyllic to figure out what Saloum Delta hides. In N’Dangane there’re different kind of places to sleep (for example Le Perle Noir) if you want.
Now, you’re prepared to meet Seidou and his assistants! If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience, if you want to feel unforgettable feelings… ASK US TO CONTACT WITH SEIDOU! He’s going to prepare your trip as you want, or do you prefer to be surprised by him? It’s posible, too! By the Seidou’s pirogue you can enjoy the delta of Saloum’s river among mangroves viewing the fascinant variety of birds (pelicans, kites, osprey, flamingos…). You have the chance to visit the coasted villages (Djiffer, Sangomar, Mar lodj….) during the trip, and… What about a picnic in a “lonely” beach? What about visit some villages by “buggy” (horse-drawn carriage)? Seidou adapt the trip depends on what you’re looking for. And the price… is so so good!
I’m very satisfied about the 2 days I spend there, incredible!
We’re going to talk about these sides again, follow us!!!
Have you ever heard about the “Ille de Gorée”?
Ille the Gorée is 8 Km from the port of Dakar, its size is 300x900m! You can wander the island without problem, don’t you think it?. The clear water and the colours of the island can attract us, but, what’s the most important thing of this paradise? For four centuries there were miles of persons who leave the island to go to America. Yes, they were sleeves, adults and children were submitted to mistreatments. They were captives in the island for three months and after that (part of them dead there), they were transported through the Atlantic Ocean. A big part of these persons also dead in this journey. 300 sleeves leave this island every year, but they only were part of the 20 millions of sleeves who were captured in all Africa.
Anyway, you can enjoy the actual environment of the island and their people: watching young people playing a football match in the street, walking through the colourful streets and to live the essence of the environment, or having lunch just in the beach where there’re some places to eat overlooking the sea.
