the fact that im having anxiety about the people im going to be volunteering and building a section of the appalachian trail with (no service no plumbing. maine edition.) judging me for buying a cheap rei tent is probably a sign i need to lay off the caffeine. of course my brain doesnt give a shit that these people are going to see my hair at near maximum dirt levels of course that one is nbd. no the tent is definitely the thing to focus on here.

i was at roller derby doing my little squat mobility routine to warm up a bit before we started and someone said "woah someones hyper mobile" which really rubbed me the wrong way. because first of all being able to do a deep squat is not something we should pathologize and second of all i work really hard on my mobility and flexibility i absolutely am not hyper mobile this is all hard work baby
