I’ve always considered myself an empathic being.

I’m very emotional. I don’t feel that is a bad trait.

Venting *Strong Language

Whoa... It’s Been a While

Hello friends!

I wish I could tell you that. I come with good news.

As of June 7th, my tumor is 6mm larger. It is now 11mm.

But that’s not all.

My roomba is scared of thunderstorms

I was sitting at my desk just a few minutes ago, drawing, and a really loud crack of thunder went off–no power surges or anything, just thunder–and my roomba fled from its dock and started spinning in circles

I had a teenage girl come into my tea shop with her mother the other night. She purposely grabbed a teamaker in the most crunched-up looking box on the shelf (got banged around in shipment) and carried it protectively over to the counter. “If something’s in a damaged box I have to get it because I’m afraid no one else will love it,” she laughed nervously.

Not only will humans pack bond with anything, the empathy level of adolescent girls in particular likely has puppy-saving, world hunger-solving, war-ending powers.

I once saw a really bumpy lime at the grocery store, just a real ugly fruit. Later that night my boyfriend & I were driving home from rehearsal at like 11:30pm & passed the grocery store & I stared crying & he said “is it that lime? Do you want to go back and get it?” And I nodded and pulled the car around and bought the lime.

one of my favorite things about Brooklyn Nine-Nine tumblr fandom is that if you see a video post with a caption similar to “this is my favorite cold open” or “please watch brooklyn nine-nine”, you honestly don’t know what you’re gonna get. is it the full bullpen? weist infection? you two need to bone? anything involving Gina ever? something completely different? who knows, every second of this show is iconic, so it’s like a mystery bag.

And for some reason, we’ve all just accepted that, yeah, she’s Edna Mode, she would know these things, she’s just like that.

But what if we’ve all been missing something right in front of us?

We know Edna has affiliations with the government agency and has obviously been making suits for decades. Do you think the government is just going to get a random fashion designer to make these suits? Absolutely not.

They’re going to get a Super.

What if Edna is a Super with the power of future-vision?

That’s how she knows exactly what suit to make, that’s how she knows that the kids are going to be in danger, that’s how she’s so aware of everything going on around her and catches everyone off guard.
