smells like an edible cafe! fills up the whole shower and i can smell it on myself post-shower. great on my skin and is the OG gourmand scent for me.💕

suave milk & honey body wash

such a high quality body wash for its price. lathers well and smells like creamy milk!! plus my back acne died down when i was using this.😚

method feeling jazzed body wash

smells just like billie eilish no.1--PHENOMENAL!! cleans me great and is such an addicting gourmand scent that it runs out so quick because i cant stop using it.😣 creamy, sweet, edible--smells like heaven and i can smell it after the shower!!

bath & body works snowflakes & cashmere body lotion

such an underrated b&bw product. this smells like childhood nostalgia because its extremely similar to a high end one my mom used to wear.. i put this lotion on an hour before swimming in a lake for 5hrs straight and i could still smell it!! plus makes my skin sooo soft.

palmer's cocoa butter body lotion

i was shocked when i used this. smells like pure cocoa and chocolate and you do NOT need a lot when applying. scent stays and makes my skin feel baby soft....def a bang for your buck!!!

dove spiced chai latte body scrub

again, filled up the entire bathroom. lasts so long and exfoliates greatly. smells sooo edible, like a comfy cafe but EVEN BETTER.

dove indulge body wash

sooo much better and gourmand than the pampering one imo. smells like a heavenly vanilla it almost reminds me of mod vanilla with more true sweet vanilla!!

tree hut moroccan rose shave oil

you will smell this allll over you. cant stop smelling it and even though i lean gourmand vanilla chocolate, i cant resist using it because its such a unique cute scent that lasts.

eos vanilla cashmere body lotion + whipped body butter

this after the ogx scrub = perfection.💖 first one lasted over 6 months and using it day and night made my skin baby soft. the scent is addicting!! def comes to personal preference but i LOVEE it. soaks into my damp skin quick and LASTS.

native sugar cookie body wash

lathers soooo well and when you double cleanse after exfoliating YOU WILL SMELL IT POST-SHOWER!! such a yummy scent. can be drying but i just love it too much. gourmand 100%. mixed with suave milk & honey 🤤🤤

bodycology caramel indulgence body wash

definitely not caramel--smells like sdj 62 but better!! so creamy and sweet in the shower and for $5 it is sooo worth it. lasts forever too!! i usually used suave milk & honey with this and it was DELICIOUS🤤😋

things i do to look high maintenance (while i actually stay low maintenance) ~ 🐚🦋🩶🪽

everyone wants to look high maintenance, but not everyone wants to put in the effort, and not everyone can put in the effort. factors such as money, time, resources can hold people back from taking care of themselves. I also deal with this kind of struggle, so I've decided to share my personal tips and tricks that are not only super effective, but also super cheap and easy!!

exfoliate my face 2-3x a week. i do this every sunday and thursday, maybe an extra day if i feel the need, and its a game changer! it makes my skin super soft and allows the rest of my skincare to soak in much better. since ive started facial exfoliation, my skin has significantly less dry patches and its so soft!

use topical treatments at night and hydrating products in the morning. i use witch hazel and niacinamide at night, and milky toner and vitamin c in the morning. this allows for an equal amount of time for my skin issues to be addressed and then be hydrated! my skin's texture has lessened, my fungal acne is nearly gone, and my skin tone is more evened out. consistency is key; it makes my skin look and feel as if ive gotten a facial!

slug my lips with vaseline overnight. this is key to plump, soft, moisturized lips. i slap on a huge glob on vaseline on my lips before bed and i wake up with the most lucioussss lips.

do my own lash clusters. lash clusters make my face POP--they make my lips look bigger and better, they compliment my eye shape, and they accentuate my eyebags (which i personally LOVE). when done right and given the right care so they last and look beautiful, i feel so luxurious and its soo effortless. def recommend.

dollar store press on nails. listenn, dollar tree and dollar general has the cutest freaking nails that do actually hold up. having your nails done, real or press on, makes you look put together, compliments your outfits, and also makes your hands look superr pretty!! (especially if u have small stubby hands like me lol). doing the proper nail prep and using a reliable glue will be your best bet, as its both simple and easy to get ahold of those products.

lip liner stain the same color as my lips (but better). i have two tone lips that are relatively pigmented and i use the covergirl lip liner stain in the shade "admire". i gently line my lips and then smudge it and this makes my lips look so much more fuller and pigmented. it also doesnt completely cover up my lips so you can still tell i have two tone lips through it, which i prefer personally. it makes me look so much better!

use antiperspirant at night. After I've showered and my armpits are completely dried, I spray some antiperspirant deodorant there and let it soak overnight. Then, in the morning I use a normal bar deodorant and then spray a tiny bit more antiperspirant on top. Since doing this daily (besides days I shave my armpits), i've lessened my odor there! I've stopped stinking there after all long day at school and in after-school theater practice. Once again, consistency is key, and it's super easy!

pluck eyebrows weekly. in my personal opinion plucking your eyebrows is much more effective, long lasting, and cleaner than using a razor to shave down parts of your eyebrows. Shaping my eyebrows to my desired look and then cleaning them up weekly makes me look much more put together and makes my face shape look more "contoured". I go for a more straight skinny eyebrow, and it makes my features look softer. The only thing is the pain when plucking.😖

moisturizer and spf everyday. sometimes I'm not feeling up to doing my full skin care routine, and I will just slap on a moisturizer and then sunscreen, or maybe even just a sunscreen if I am that unwilling. though it might not work for everyone, but at least having some kind of moisturizing cream that includes sunscreen on my face every day helps a lot still. and sometimes sunscreen doubles as a moisturizer, so you might not even have to worry about moisturizer! A lot of my hyperpigmentation spots have lightened due to me using sunscreen consistently every day. protect your skin!!

dollar tree skincare routine. basically all the products in my skin care routine is from Dollar tree and my skin has improved immensely. Their toners, serums, cleansers, and moisturizers have done wonders for my skin. Plus they have a huge variety of different products that target difference skin concerns. obviously they might not work for everyone, but I have relatively sensitive oily combination skin that is acne prone and has dealt with fungal acne and is currently getting rid of it, and it is helped so much. I know I've said this so many times, but consistency really is the key!!

how i put myself together every morning (school edition) 🧸🪼🫐🕯️🎧

ive put in lots of effort to have a nice little slow morning routine for school days. as im nearing graduation, senioritis and burnout is really getting a hold on me, so i decided to establish the perfect routine that ensures ill look my best in the morning. <3

i wake up at 4am every morning by alarm. (i board schoolbus at 6:10). i usually get up within a minute or two because i dont wanna let myself lay longer or else ill fall back asleep--ive learned to discipline myself on that.😭 ill immedately drink water, use the bathroom, take my meds, etc. nothing special.

after this, i floss and brush as soon as possible because i cannot stand doing it after getting fully ready. (having my own sink in my bedroom helps a lot too hehe). at this point, my vanity lamp will be on right next to me.

while im still at my sink, ill wash my face (my hair will be pinned back with clips obv) and then gently pat it dry with a hand towel.

ill put on the outfit i chose the night before and then sit at my vanity to do the rest of my skincare. i prefer more hydrating but also lightweight products. and then spf ofc. <3

i dont do much with my hair, just brush it out. i dont put heat to my hair and its super thick so its usually still wet from last night's shower.😞

for makeup, i do a very light, natural look most days, focusing on my eyes, lips, and cheeks. at this point, it's 4:30am, so this is when i take my time and enjoy the morning. ill either have music or a youtube video playing while i look at pinterest during this time too!

i put body lotion on any skin that is exposed and then use a cocoa butter stick on my pulse points before drenching myself in body sprays and perfumes.

my bags are always packed the night before, so i just take them upstairs. and my lunch is made the night before, so i just need to put it in my bag! at this time, it's around 5:40am.

then ill go outside at 6:00am and wait for the bus!!

when im doing chores or doing nothing im talking to myself about my manifestations, or about my self concept, or about how everything is going my way etc. it's so natural and i've been talking to myself even before i learned about the law, so since its natural to me i keep doing it.

PINTEREST BOARDS ;

as a pinterest girlie through and through, i love making pinterest based on manifestations. like for example i've been liking to affirm "im paid to exist" so i save pins in that board based on what i think about when i think of myself paid to exist. (cash, pretty rings, purses, manicures with charms) it doesn't have to make sense to anyone but you.

RATING ON (1/5) - ❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎ CONTEXT - im not super visual so this is only when im in the mood. great for appearance change manifestations, money, academics, etc. anything that u wanna visualize basically.

LISTENING TO MUSIC AND IMAGINING ;

sometimes when listening to music i visualize myself with my desires, or like visualize myself in an edit (💀) BUT IT WORKSS. do this and build your cringe stamina girlies. also as a singer i like to do this and manifest that this is what my voice sounds like too, rly improved my voice.

RATING ON (1/5) - ❤︎❤︎❤︎ CONTEXT - i'd only recommend again if it's a visual desire and if u have high cringe stamina/are trying to build ur cringe stamina.

ROBOTIC AFFIRMING ;

a very hot topic within the law of assumption community but i LOVE robotic affirming. especially if im dealing with doubts or just not in the best mood, not feeling myself i just keep affirming. cuz i literally can't fail so i just repeat repeat repeat repeat until i feel better. never failed me EVER.

real life example ; when i was manifesting being on the tennis team at my school despite only playing for 3 and a half months while everyone else has been playing since they were literal TODDLERS, i performed so horribly that i cried in the car on the way home, and then i cried at home. and despite being down in the dumps i never let go of "no im literally on the team" and VOILA. but robotic affirming is what got me through it.

RATING ON (1/5) - ❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎ CONTEXT - this is something that u should only do if it's something u like, if its not something u like then its gonna feel like a chore and ur gonna be like "doing something -> to get something" and its gonna feel like hard work and ur gonna hate it. i rated it 5 hearts cuz i LOVE robotic affirming, i don't force myself, when i feel like it i do it to my hearts content.

SUBLIMINALS ;

i listen to subliminals for the whole entire day. very passive. great for lazy manifestors. if anyone tells u that subliminals aren't powerful/they take a long time then they're LYINGGG cuz it's all up to you. decide u get the results instantly.

PLACEBO EFFECT ;

SUPERRR fun, it feels more like im playing then im actively creating my reality so i love that. great way to move through the 3D. in my february manifestation success posts i mentioned how i got complimented for being fit and skinny when i literally snack on ice cream and frosting, PLACEBO EFFECT. as im eating im like "mmm this is literally shrinking my waist". or i take my hair brush and say that everytime i use this brush my hair grows an inch and i have hair down my back.

omg i love this one. it's def advanced in my opinion but im a master manifestor and you can assume you are too 🪽💗 i tend to be lazy sometimes so i just claim what i want and go about my day. when it comes to mind again, i reinforce myself that i have it, or when i am faced with something opposing that im like "nope but i have _"

If you have to tell someone the basics of manifesting/loa, how and what would you tell them?

the things you need to know about manifesting/loa are

• your inner world is the script. your reality is just following it.

• your circumstances/ doubts/feelings/beliefs have nothing to do with your manifestation, you will get what you DECIDE/ASSUME.

• every second we are manifesting our reality, using LOA we are consciously manifesting.

• there are many methods/ concepts/ rituals/ subliminals - you only need to DECIDE to get things in your way, ofc you can use method and other sources to get things done, it’s all upto you, there is no rule book, you make rules.

• your brain doesn’t know what’s real or fake, it only believes what you consistently feed it.

decide in your favour = get reality in your favour

scents & fragrances are SUPERR important to people ( like me ! ) . whether u wanna smell like a light flower or an overpowering sugar cookie , you’ve come to the right place for basic fragrance tips & tricks . this is what i do to smell delectable all day everyday !!

🍓🍰 Sweet strawberries ? Try out~ strawberry pound cake by bath & body works is a cakey scent with a real strawberry kick to it ; strawberry cheesecake by bodycology is a sweet cheesecake scent with a similarly sweet strawberry note that is kinda airy & fluffy ; strawberry macaroon by tru fragrance is a cutesy sweet strawberry that smells like a bowl of actual strawberries with whipped cream

🧁🌸 Sickeningly sweet vanilla ? Try out~ whipped vanilla by bodycology is a super duper sweet vanilla and whipped cream spray that has very subtle floral notes ; warm vanilla sugar by bath & body works is a fragrance that is nearly straight sugar , as the vanilla is so sweet it’s like there’s a whole spoonful of sugar in ur nose - or even powdered sugar !

Try out~ white musk by body fantasies is a strong “ my clothes r clean “ scent with a basic flowery scent that’s more muted , definitely more mature ; endless wonder petals by aeropostale is a very light but cute flowery scent that reminds me of my childhood when im standing outside in autumn with a light breeze of sweet air wafting past my nose . its so gentle & if u wanna be more delicate & cutesy then i definitely recommend ; sunshine mimosa by bath & body works literally is just like smelling the center bit of a flower & is very great for a hair mist as it seems to cling to hair better than clothes , i def understand the “ sunshine “ part too !

🍊citrus ? Try this~ fiji sunshine guava tini by bath & body works is a great summer scent for more tropical leaning intentions , with a cute & strong but not overwhelming scent of guava & orange !

🫐🍇 sweet berries ? Try out~ frosted berries by bodycology is a cold winter fragrance that perfectly encapsulates the “ berry “ aesthetic but in a scent , it also reminds me of sweet berry candies - it’s so unique but very very good & also quite strong !!

now that we got all that out of the way … one of the best ways to smell mesmerizing & radiate PLANETS is to layer your scents !! layering is a staple in my scent routine for the fact it maximizes the fragrances & then mixes & stacks to make a new , unique , & DELICIOUS smell that has heads turning … since it’s so important to me , i made a quick little layering cheat sheet for those who don’t know where to start ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა

I always make sure my lotion matches my scents ! ( i use eos vanilla cashmere )

ᥫ᭡ apply vaseline on pulse points ( neck , wrists , behind knees , etc )

these points will warm up the scents & activate them & allow them to radiate off u better , clearer , & farther !

now that we’ve prepped .. let’s get onto the actual layering !! layering isn’t rocket science , u cant really go wrong with it . after learning the basics , u can bend them to what u like !

before we begin , a little lesson Ive learned is lightest first , which in fragrance terms is mist , then spray , then parfum . let’s begin !

basic layering 🪼
