My current obsession this chilly season is winter hats. I'm talking bodacious, faux fur lined caps that'll earn you compliments on the street. Where to go for such goodness? Nobis, of course! I discovered this brand while writing up my Holiday Shopping Guides for AOL Shopping and Yahoo! Shine and since then a love affair has ensued.

Eye Candy: Dr.'s Remedy Nail Polish

Lately I've found myself on a nail polish kick. I usually stray away from them because I feel like nail polish kind of damages my nails. However, I discovered Dr.'s Remedy nail polish, an enriched nail polish that uses natural ingredients.

I'm obsessed with everything orange. Not only is orange totally on trend, it's like the breath of fresh air that every winter season needs. Come at me, color -- I'm not afraid of you! 

You can incorporate orange into your outfit all sorts of ways. From nuanced applications like orange earrings studs or orange nail polish to bolder choices like an orange coat, top or clutch, you can't go wrong. Well...you probably shouldn't wear orange from head to toe. Like any bold textile or color, a little goes a long way.

Shopping: Kendra Scott Jewelry

So this week I received some samples in the mail from the fabulous Kendra Scott. As someone addicted to color, I've lusted after her jewelry line since I first discovered it a few months ago and was delighted with what I received. 

Each piece has that chunky, statement jewelry quality to it that I absolutely adore. Pretty much anything from the line would work as a stand-alone statement piece, whether you're wearing casual jeans, a formal dress or something in between.

I'm especially digging Kendra Scott's Color Bar, which lets you choose which natural stones you want in your jewelry. See:
