Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will provide you with a screening questionnaire. Your responses will help us ensure that both psilocybin and this group experience are aligned with your current needs and circumstances. Please return this questionnaire no later than April 20, 2024.

3rd Step

As soon as we’ve received your completed questionnaire, we will schedule your discovery call. During that call we’ll confirm your official seat in the group. Then you’ll complete your Oregon Health Authority (OHA) intake forms in advance of your first preparation session.

Magnolia There have been fossilized specimens of magnolia flowers discovered. These are at least 100 million years old, making magnolias one of the oldest flowering plants on Earth. This is one of the reasons that magnolias are said to represent perseverance and endurance. They could survive for an incredibly long time, making them resilient despite their delicate appearance. Magnolias are so old that they predate bees. This means that the plants rely on beetles for pollination. Magnolia flowers bloom for an extended period, and the trees can live for an entire century. This is why they are commonly associated with eternity and longevity. Magnolia flowers are also associated with the Yin, the feminine side. 10 THINGS TIME HAS TAUGHT ME~ 1. Most of our life is spent chasing false goals and worshipping false ideals. The day you realise that is the day you really start to live. 2. You really, truly cannot please all of the people all of the time. Please yourself first and your loved ones second, everyone else is busy pleasing themselves anyway, trust me. 3. Fighting the ageing process is like trying to catch the wind. Go with it, enjoy it. Your body is changing, but it always has been. Don’t waste time trying to reverse that, instead change your mindset to see the beauty in the new. 4. Nobody is perfect and nobody is truly happy with their lot. When that sinks in you are free of comparison and free of judgement. It’s truly liberating. 5. No one really sees what you do right, everyone sees what you do wrong. When that becomes clear to you, you will start doing things for the right reason and you will start having so much more fun. 6. You will regret the years you spent berating your looks, the sooner you can make peace with the vessel your soul lives in, the better. Your body is amazing and important but it does not define you. 7. Your health is obviously important but stress, fear and worry are far more damaging than any delicious food or drink you may deny yourself. Happiness and peace are the best medicine. 8. Who will remember you and for what, become important factors as you age. Your love and your wisdom will live on far longer than any material thing you can pass down. Tell your stories, they can travel farther than you can imagine. 9. We are not here for long but if you are living against the wind it can feel like a life-sentence. Imbolc is a celebration of the first signs of spring. 🌱As I walked yesterday, I noticed the leaf buds are out on the trees and the daffodil buds have popped up out of the ground. We are nature and our rhythms mimic those of Mother Earth. As she puts energy into the rebirth of life, this is a good time for our own initiations. I examine the deep exploration of self that I (as many) have embarked on these past two years, and am reminded of T.S. Eliot’s words: We shall not cease from exploration And the end of all our exploring Will be to arrive where we started And know the place for the first time. It’s rosehip harvesting time! Roships (Rosa sp.) are the fruit of the rose plant. They are red to orange colored, round and fleshy – pregnant with a belly of seeds. These tiny jewels bestow a wealth of medicine and are easy to dry in baskets or paper bags. Make them into a delicious tea that is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Rosehips are so loaded with nutrients that they can be considered a super food. They contain the Vitamins A, B complex, C, E, K, and minerals including calcium, silica, iron, and phosphorous. Rosehips are particularly high in bioflavonoid rich antioxidants including rutin that helps strengthen our heart and blood vessels and prevent degeneration of tissue. They contain carotenes including lycopene that have been linked with cancer prevention. Natural pectin found in rosehips is beneficial for gut health. Perhaps the most common use of rosehips throughout history has been for prevention and treatment of colds and flu. The last Calendula blossom of the season. Flower of the sun. Traditionally Calendula has been used as a culinary and medicinal herb. In ancient times the Romans and Greeks used Calendula in rituals and ceremonies, and commonly used the golden variety of flowers to wear as crowns or garlands. Calendula is one of the oldest plants known to herbal medicine and is thought to have been used in Ancient Greece, Egypt, India and the Arabic empires. Calendula flowers offer a wealth of attributes, including as an eyesight restorative and a general healer of wounds. The vibrant colored flowers were often used to dye fabrics and lighten hair. The petals of the Calendula are edible and are often used in fresh salads or sprinkled over cakes for decoration. This morning I was marveling at the leaves floating on the pond. Today is the Autumn Equinox. This year’s equinox offers a potent energy of change that might be experienced as either a crisis (physical or emotional), or a breakthrough and awakening. Whichever way this change shows up for you, focus on what is ending and what is beginning in your life as a proactive step forward. Any move towards a new beginning is powerful today. So, use this equinox to support your claim to a new beginning.

I suggest a burn ritual to let go of what is no longer serving you and to call in what you are moving towards. Burn something written as an offering that represents the old being completed. Heart Tree At the center of the world is a tree. It grows up, reaching beyond the world we see and right into the cosmos. It’s roots go as far down and wide as it’s crown, securing it sturdily in darkness. All the oceans, all the seas, all the rivers, streams, brooks, feed this tree. Sunlight is absorbed from every leaf. It’s branches house every bird, every squirrel, every monkey, any creature in need of a home.
