The vesica piscis is a geometric shape formed by the intersection of two congruent circles, where the center of each lies on the perimeter of the other. Literally meaning "bladder of a fish" in Latin, this almond-shaped (or mandorla) symbol represents the intersection of dual worlds, such as heaven and earth, spirit and matter, or the masculine and feminine.
This is your fault for making love another fat man, so here we go.
Our shared HC of SATW Norway!
Name: Lukas Johansen
Age: 40 (Physical) 1154 (Actual)
Height: 230cm (Just a tad taller than my 7'6" Alfred!)
Appearance: Bulky bear, well built, has muscles, with broad shoulders and hips, with a thicc butt and thighs and noticeable pecs, and a deliciously soft and plump pudgy tummy, has chest and arm hair, including a bushy happy trail, along with facial hair
Occupation: (IDK Clara never really added anything)
Despite being the richest in his friend group, Lukas is still a humble person. Being a calm, caring and nature loving gentle giant, often seen with a fish either in his hands, on his head or on a plate with salty potatoes. He's good friends with Denmark and Sweden, despite them having suppressed him for decades. He also has a very close friendship with Denmark. He also has the ability to speak with animals, which is pretty handy since he lives so close to nature and has the right amount of fat to keep him warm outside. He has hundreds of fish-shaped hairclips and he gives some of them to people he likes, Denmark and Sweden included. Although he has muscles, he wouldn't really want to have too many conflicts, unlike his twin brother, Svalbard. If he's in the usual mood, he wouldn't dare to hurt a butterfly. The wealth Lukas has gained through oil and fishing has made him a little snobby, but suddenly having a lot of money often does that to you, and despite all his riches, he is determined to live independently. Lukas cares a lot about Denmark. He often has to deal with the things Denmark finds scary (which is more or less everything). He has gotten used to Denmark being clingy. In return, Denmark sees him as his closest lifeline. Lukas is a good father figure and he gained those years of experience with Denmark, though he can spoil you/Denmark a bit as well. He has also gotten used to the arguing between Sweden and Denmark. He sort of stands a few feet away, eats some fish and makes sure no one gets hurt. Speaking of fish, he absolutely loves fish, to the point where he owns a large tank with pet fish, most of them being herrings. And he's also gotten to be a foodie as well, especially with fish dishes, of course, this makes his stomach bloated and active after a huge meal. He hates to admit it, but he is also VERY ticklish on his stomach. His other ticklish points are the armpits, ribcage, feet and inner thighs (though people rarely tickle him by the feet, other than Denmark when he's particularly drunk). And whenever one of the fellow Nordics, or anybody gets sick, he's immediately the first one to offer them comfort and safety, checking their temperature and making sure they're not too sick. He's very huggable material, having just the right chub and softness, perfect for whenever you need to spill it out with him or whenever you just need somewhere to rest if you're sleepy or whatever. Though it's embarrassing, he admits its fond for someone to lay on his stomach, even though said someone might get pushed off by Denmark, drunk or not, as he thinks it's his reserved spot.
(THIS PART IS DEDICATED TO CLARA'S SATW OC, ANTARCTICA)
He is good friends with Antarctica, and whenever he visits, he helps her out with her many penguins in her home, since he's excellent with animals. He also likes to give her company and warmth, since she's almost always really alone. (She even gave him an Adélie-penguin plushie as a token of appreciation. He named it Bård and he likes to knit clothes for it.)
Caution: Words can resonate like echoes in a quiet mind. If you feel them pulling at old wounds or hidden doors, pause. You choose how far to follow the metaphor.

No one thinks about the one holding the trance. Have you ever considered what it really takes to bring someone into trance—more than you imagine? First, all the prior learning if you didn’t know: reading reactions, microgestures, group dynamics, tensions in the environment. Hypnotic language, building metaphors, ambiguous phrasing.
And on top of all that, group trances. Do you know the mental effort that requires? Imagine hypnotizing, say, fifteen people. Your attention is divided among all of them: helping those who take longer to enter, ensuring those who are deep don’t slip into catalepsy, guiding anyone who wakes briefly back into rhythm. Adjusting in the moment, staying relaxed, guiding, and not absorbing too much from the subjects.
In an individual trance, you can pause—make it therapeutic, erotic, or mechanical, depending on the goal. But if the receptive participant only demands and gives nothing back, the hypnotist can get stuck. The hypnotist is human. A human with training and great sensitivity—but a human nonetheless.
So before you judge a hypnotist as “bad,” think carefully. Was there a discussion before? Is the rapport solid? Could something improve? As they say, it takes two to tango. Here, that has never been more true.
Time to sharpen your mind's eye! Go grab a pillow! Any pillow! (I know you have one. If you don't, get one. Why do you not have one???)
Your goal is to hold the image of a pillow for at least 30-60 seconds. If you can hold onto the image for that long, you're ready for the next level!
Each level adds another layer of complexity to the visualization. Go as far as you're comfortable doing. If you want to improve your skills, come back and try to take on the higher levels! And no, I cannot reach all the way to the highest levels, but one day I'd like to!
Beginner:
Level 1: What’s the basic shape? Is it a square, a rectangle, or a circle? If it's not a simple 2d shape, you can pick one that's the closest. For example, an "S" shaped pillow can be a circle or oval for now
Level 2: What’s the basic or average color? If you're not sure because it has a busy pattern, get up and step away from your pillow until it's a blur. Whatever color the blur is will be the base or average color.
Intermediate:
Level 3: Now let's make the 2d shape more specific. pillows aren't perfect squares, focus on the dents and imaging someone pushing in or squishing the sides and corners. Don't hesitate to squish your pillow, cut a square piece of paper, or use Play-doh to squish if you want a reference to play with. If you started with a complex shape, like an "S", imagine parts of the circle or oval cut out. You can practice by cutting a circle or oval on a piece of paper, and then cutting out the top and bottom semi circles to make an "S".
Level 4: Time to make it 3d! A common trick is to imagine a "sandwich" of 2d shapes stacked on-top of one another. Like how the rectangular pages of a book leave you with a book that's a rectangular prism.
Advanced:
Level 5: 2 is better than one! Now you should have at least a copy. Even better if it's a different pillow entirely
Level 6: 3 is better than 2! Hey look, now you have enough for a bed- two for heads and one for hugging. Oh and at least one of them has to be different.
Level 7: It's texture time! Is the texture rough, like on a decoration pillow, or is it soft? Is it smooth like a cotton cover or is it raised and ridged like corduroy?
Nerd:
Level 8: What is the material of the pillow case? Usually pillow cases are made of cotton, but they can also be made from a synthetic fabric or even quilting material. There are wool pillows out in the wild. Wool.
Level 9: Let's stuff it! What kind of filling would you expect to be inside of it? Right now, the goal isn't to visualize the stuffing itself, instead it's to better visualize the overall shape and feel of the pillow. For example, if it's stuffed with bamboo fiber, it will be stiffer than one stuffed with synthetic down feathers. Unless you hate your pillow enough to cut it open, I recommend looking up different pillow fillings.
Level 10: Is there a trim, those little weird ruffle things, any significant stitched on patches, or anything glued on like plastic gems? (Which is a crime btw, decoration pillows just hurt my feelings) Those fixings can be a different material too, and there are lots of common styles that you may have seen before.
Impressive:
Level 11: It's time to give your pillow a stress test! How does the pillow deform when you pull on it, squish it, or even rip it? If you put holes in it, what does the filling look like? Or rip off those stupid glued on charms
Level 12: Now let's add more physics and motion. Gravity (or a lack of it), yeet the pillow, punch it, etc. What happens if something falls onto it, like your head when you flop into bed?
Level 13: Let's age up the pillow! What stains, wear, and tear are on it? The hard part is remembering where the asymmetrical pillow damage is when rendering the image. That and finding the motivation to look up how fabrics decompose overtime...
Level 14: You knew this was coming… Gimmie a pile of 5+ pillows. All of them are different. And on at least one of them, someone spilled their drink on it!
God:
Level 15: Describe to me the dimensions of the pillow using measurements
Level 16: What is the texture pattern on the pillow? You may need a magnifying glass for this.
Level 17: What do the parts of stuffing look like? Are they strands, feathers, or pieces?
Level 18: Look up how these pillows are made and then imagine yourself making one
Level 19: What are the positions and directions of each piece of stuffing?
If you made it this far, you definitely got past my skill level awhile ago and I can't comprehend where to go from here. Well done!
please make sure you script/ affirm that you are "unfazed" with how well things play out when you're getting your manifestation and unfazed by the surreal-ness of it all
For me, I kind of wasted a lot of time and energy questioning the nature of reality once I found out about manifestation/law of assumption and started ACTUALLY having successful daily/weekly results
In the past I would have moments where what I wanted to happen, would happened, and I would find my brain going "well what are the odds that this would happen" or, like I would try to find the 'secular/scientific/logical' reasoning behind it.
Because essentially when you're co-creating with the universe, you're doing some sort of magic*, and my scientific background wasn't able to fully accept that magic* exists 😭
make sure you script/affirm that you are unfazed about being co-creator of your reality and actually having fun with it
*in this context 'magic' refers to intentional thoughts/persistence influencing physical reality
Manifesting and cocreation work and there are essential tools that make the journey clear, manageable and a success.
The science is clear: structured journaling is a powerful tool for achieving your goals and improving your well-being. But it’s more than just a place to vent—it's a scientifically-proven method for success.
That's why I designed my structured annual manifestation journal and downloadable worksheets specifically to help you harness these benefits. My tools are built on the principles of goal-setting, self-reflection, and emotional regulation, providing you with a tangible path toward your best self. These are all skills that help the intention setting and energy regulation process.
Here's the science of why and how my structured journals and worksheets are designed to work for you:
1. Go Beyond Wishing: Write Your Intentions into Existence Research shows that simply writing down your goals dramatically increases your chances of achieving them. In fact, one study found that individuals who write down their goals and commit to action steps were 33% more likely to succeed than those who didn't (Matthews, 2015). My journals are built to help you move from vague aspirations to concrete, actionable intentions. By regularly writing and revisiting your goals, you'll engage the psychological processes that make them feel more tangible, keeping them at the forefront of your mind and reinforcing your commitment. Hello, clarity.
2. Master Your Mind: Regulate Emotions & Build Self-Awareness My structured journals are more than just a place for goals; they are a space for deep self-reflection. Structured prompts guide you to notice your thoughts, measure, and evaluate your emotions. This process is proven to reduce anxiety and stress, improve emotional regulation, and foster greater self-awareness (Baikie & Wilhelm, 2005; Pennebaker, 1997). Translation? You get into alignment and start moving energy. You clarify your vibration/signal. By noticing and processing your feelings on paper, you gain mental clarity and the emotional intelligence needed to navigate life's challenges. You manage your vibration.
3. Take Control: Turn Thoughts into Action My worksheets and journals serve as both an accountability tool and a self-reflection space. By prompting you to analyze your experiences and track your progress, they help you bridge the gap between intention and action. This practice of metacognition—or thinking about your thinking—has been shown to improve critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leading to better performance in both academic and professional settings (Marchigiano et al., 2011). The result? You maintain forward moving momentum.
4. Strengthen Your Mind & Body The benefits of structured journaling extend to your physical health. Research has linked expressive writing to a strengthened immune system and lowered blood pressure (Stanton et al., 2008). Gratitude journaling, has also been shown to improve sleep quality by clearing the mind of worries before bed (Digdon & Koble, 2011). By using my journals, you’re not just investing in your mental health, but your overall physical well-being as well. And? You’re supporting your ability to manifest your intentions with more clarity and consistency.
Ready to see the science-backed benefits for yourself? Stop just thinking about what you want or wish was different and start writing your success story using proven tools.
