Weigh yourself every day to help lose weight without exercising ➡ https://www.ahealthblog.com/vmkr A study has proven that weighing yourself frequently and keeping track of the results is effective for maintaining your weight

If you were far out in space, you would see that the sun neither rises nor sets, but that it shines continuously. And yet, even after realizing that, we can continue to speak of the sunrise or sunset, still see its beauty, paint it, write poems about it, even though we now know that it is a relative rather than an absolute truth.

Today I came to the library. Arrived past 8pm. With 2 different types of chocolate and Arizona green tea. I saw pictures of a party I wasn’t invited to in a group chat. I came here after a day of staying in bed. Of feeling anxious, calling my sister and crying out decades long pain yet again. Crying for feeling sad, for feeling scared, for being unable to change my feelings by want. For fear of failure. For inability to move, when I know I have to. Talking to my sister helped have compassion for myself. I was able to understand how I was feeling, see myself in my own shoes. Have compassion in the way that... you cry for somebody you love. When someone you love is hurting, you cry for them. And I cried for myself from the bottom of my heart. Because there was a time, when someone should have, but didn’t. So now I am doing it for myself. Not judging, forgiving, accepting and understanding. Slept before and slept after.
I scraped myself out of my bed, with difficulty and effort. I went for a run. I felt redeemed for being able to move. I showered and scraped dead skin off my body. To become clean. I put lotion on to make my skin soft. I got well dressed. I had good dinner.
And I came over here. To find enough space for studying. For processing my days, for being able to move forward.
