is it a dumb idea to cut of all my friends and start avoiding them cause I think they all hate me when the most they might feel is mild dislike and they probably enjoy hanging out with me a little bit? Yes. Am I still doing it cause my depression is worsening and I hate being bothersome and talking about my feelings as I don’t wanna burden them and that leads me to making a post into the abyss that it the internet? Also yes.
