About salads....

So I have been eating salads, I chosen a healthier lifestyle since hypertension runs in my family. I got pretty used to it (I even enjoy it). However, I noticed that it really upsets my stomach :( I don't use any salad dressing cause too much sodium, any suggestions on what I should do so my stomach doesn't have to suffer? My salads are literally lettuce, carrots, red cabbage and other greens.

Sweet chili tofu poke burrito; brown rice veggie sushi, veggie dumplings, cauliflower mac n cheese; tofu scramble, ten veggies patty, chik’n nuggies; pad thai with veggie beef; pad thai with veggie shrimp; pad woon sen; green curry with veggie beef and rice
