Curry powder can be slightly different depending on which region it comes from. Its most common ingredients are Cumin, Cardamom, Coriander, Tumeric, Sweet Basil and Red Pepper. It can also include Garlic, Fennel seeds, Ginger, Cinnimon or Mustard seeds. Each of these ingredients has its own unique healing properties. Recipe: 🍃 1/3 cup of white tahini 🍃 ¼ cup of water 🍃 2 tbsp of lemon juice 🍃 2 tbsp of orange juice 🍃 2 garlic cloves (or more! even better when roasted!) 🍃 ½ tsp of ground cumin 🍃 salt & pepper to taste

I won't go back. I can only go forward. A plant based diet has so many #health benefits I can even consider my to old eating habits. Studies have linked blueberries with keeping bones healthy, lowering blood pressure, managing diabetes, reducing the risk of heart disease, improving mental health, preventing cancer, weight loss, and reducing and preventing wrinkles. Dressing up my oatmeal with some healthy toppings today. I try to eat as much fruit as I can each day. Making sure to get all my vitamins in. My health depends on it. I've gone from being sick taking several types of medication to healthy taking no medication. My food is my medicine. There is no way I would go back to the way I ate before.
