I made a medieval village as Late Night Apartments for Tito from Tumblr and Miss Crumplebottoms, and she has agreed to share it :)

It is a 30 x 30 lot with a 1 BR 1 BA apartment, a “tavern” public space and a laundry.

The download has all the cc included as package files and sims3packs, but if you already have the items you don’t need to install them. Uses some Store stuff and was built with the following EPs: AMB LN GEN PETS SH SN UNI IP.

So, I have been mad busy with THINGS and have not had nearly enough time to play with my Sims or build lots.

But I did just finish a lot requested by Val. It is a city block for Bridgeport with a fancy restaurant and a coffee shop next door. The corner building has been left empty to accommodate… whatever Val desires.

For now just pics. It uses cc from ATS, Awesims and Mangosims (3 AMAZINGLY talented makers of stuff)

Opening the forum up to younger members again.

I’ve had a long think about this and after speaking to admin team, we believe that it is possible to open the forum up to our younger members again so we’re going to be lowering the minimum age back down to thirteen on a trial basis. I think that initially we were overwhelmed by everything as we were starting out with the forum but I believe that we can now handle it. We’ve also rather sneakily added a word filter a month or so back which also improves our situation! Any member below sixteen will not be able to access the off-topic area for the moment due to the nature of some of the threads there, in particular the shrink thread and the rant thread. This however does not apply to our members of that age who joined pre-age-limit. They can still access that area and there have been no problems with them accessing it so far so I’m happy with that. If you’re going to post something NSFW, you still can. just flag it and spoiler it if needed. I feel like that’s enough warning for certain posts. The internet is a scary place and no doubt, some pop-ups encountered have been worse. If you have any concerns or questions about this, again please let either myself, Karen or Sonia know. We’re more than happy to help and listen.
