Cryptor is forced to work for a criminal organization that controls him through debt and constant threats. If he disobeys, Harumi, the most important person in his life, will get hurt. To protect her, he lies about going on business trips, but over time this turns into constant absence and empty promises.

Harumi gets tired of waiting. Trying to deal with loneliness, she slowly grows close to someone else. But even then, she cannot forget Cryptor.

When he finally comes back to their apartment and sees clear signs of betrayal, it hits him hard, especially in his already unstable state.

The story ends tragically.
