I think in their attempts to make Makoto as plainly average as possible they actually made the guy fucking insane because only Makoto would say that he doesn't want Junko to die. Only Makoto could take a look at the worlds 15 most dangerous territories who have probably committed every crime in the book and go like. "Hm. I don't think they deserve to die so I'm going to rehabilitate them instead". Only Makoto would do this.

You know in hindsight it makes sense that Nasu would love collabing with HSR, even back in FGO proper he wrote an entire alternate kind-of-gag-but-not-really-but-also-it's-still-a-gag sci-fi setting in the Servant Universe. Also I reread Space Ereshkigal's profile since she's coming up soon and (only read past the read more if you're cool with info from leaks)

Anki-Ereshkigal's Nega-Space would probably completely break the entire HSR setting so it's no wonder they gave Rin Ishtar's powers instead lol
