Update: Requests and collaborations

I do not do requests in the classic definition of that word but if you have an idea/concept that you'd like to see me write, please do send it! I might get inspiration for a one-shot or a longfic that I would most definitely credit you for.

I also would really love to try writing something together with another author. We of course would have to see whether our writing styles are compatible, but otherwise collaboration suggestions are always open.

Update: boundaries

•Pings, asks, direct messages, mentions, questions and etc are always fine, even if they are not about my fics! I generally love chatting with people online.

•I accept critique about my writing but please be polite and respectful.

•Asking me about when/whether one of my fics will update is fine. Sometimes it can be a good thing to do, as it will let me know that people are expecting a new chapter. Similarly, joking about my messed up update schedule is fine and I find it extremely funny :D

•I'm okay with people comparing my works with other fics. I definitely draw inspiration from some dsmp authors so I won't be offended if you point out any similarities.

•I do not have specific triggers but I feel uncomfortable talking about religion, especially joking around about it or hearing phrases like 'you are a god' or 'doing god's work', so I would appreciate if you refrained from using them in regards to me.

•Anything else is fine!

Fruits of today's livestream! Tony presented me with a Chapter 1 scenario and then challenged me to come up with Chapter 2 and 3 designs that would branch from it.

What if you went down unarmed and just told the Princess everything, and you managed to work together against the Narrator to get her out of the cabin earlier than any other route?

Similar to The Stranger, which would be its sister chapter, you are able to glean that she changes based on perception, where your own actions shape her. But instead of that going out of control like it does in The Stranger, you can try to work together to make her something that can tear the Narrator from your mind and free you both.

That leads to either The Horde or The Singularity, the latter of which is a fusion Princess with The Stranger. (Chat requested I draw her chibi form too, probably to torment me lmao) Many of the Chapter 3 princesses are meant to have echoes of the Shifting Mound, and I would say this one certainly does XD

This would also mean we would want to add a standalone Chapter 3 for The Stranger. So what if the Voice of the Contrarian was able to help you "put her back the way she was?" So you accidentally implode the cabin with you inside, everything goes dark, and you die. Waking to Chapter 3: The Cabin.

The whole cabin is Princesses now!

We aren't doing any more DLC for Slay the Princess, so these will remain as sketches :] But these were so fun!! I didn't know if I was going to be able to ideate a whole Princess line live and get anything good out of it, so I am happy with these.

I don't know if you were asked this question before, but can avians have the same bird species/type? Or do they all have unique and different ones that cannot repeat?

Another question, because I love these two, if Purpled and Eryn were to meet would they get along? 'Cause I totally imagine Eryn telling Purpled how Theseus introduced himself as a kid (Big T Kraken Danger innit) that Purpled would make fun of Theseus till the end of the Earth.

it's all different species! Their heritage defines the bone structure of the wings, the color and the shape of feathers, etc. Techno's a crow, Eryn's a peregrine falcon, and Squid was a lyrebird. For noble-born avians, this usually aligns with whatever bird they have for their house crest. This is a minor detail that will probably not play out in the story in any detail, but Quackity's actually a duck avian. His wings are small and vestigial, so he doesn't flaunt them left and right. Even Sally, his childhood friend, doesn't know

Not as a named character, I don't think so. I've established that BBH is one of the dukes of badlands along with Sam and Antfrost, so I'd suppose that Skeppy is somewhere in that area, living his best life away from the AE court drama

Из наиболее примечательных, у него рваное ухо (от того раза, когда его задело стрелой возле реки пока они с Дримом разговаривали), шрамы на пальцах и обратной стороне руки как от множества заноз и порезов (от случая с Кларой остался лишь минимальный след), резаные раны на ногах (самоповреждения). Из ожогов, самый заметный у него на правой стороне лица, по форме напоминающий крыло бабочки – верхнее 'крыло' доходит до скул, нижнее – до челюсти.

I'm happy you enjoyed the update) I think I'll describe his changed appearance in more detail in chapter 43 – there'll be a small time skip between 42 and 43, and everything that can heal, will heal. From the more notable scars, he has a torn ear (from the time he nearly got shot while talking with Dream at the river), scars on his fingers and the back of his hands like from cuts and splinters (there's only the faintest of traces from Clara case), cuts on his legs (self-inflicted). From the burns, the most noticeable one is on the right side of his face, shaped similarly to a butterfly wing – the 'upper' wing reaches his cheekbone, the 'lower' – his jawline.

i genuinely dropped my phone when i saw this notif first thing in the morning (it survived hooray) cuz i was literally JUST thinking 'bout how when you update a chapter I can read it on my cool epub reader and will have to binge read the chapters before the update for like the third or fourth time while i was brushing my teeth (i binge read the entire fic every update that happens after more than a few months cuz i wanna remember shit and see like plot links and shi ykwim). and though i haven't gotten to binge reading yet today (i JUST got home), i can vouch that i love your writing and storytelling and character development and emotional writing (???, like yk you describe emotions well ykyk) and everything every single time i binge read the entire fic, whether it be the first time or the fourth <3

BR is already massive and the fact that someone read it multiple times, from top to bottom, is unfathomable to me. That being said, you're making me grin like the Cheshire cat.
