Alright here we go… Artemi Panarin slammed into us at breakneck speeds. His laugh was infectious, his smile contagious, his love of the game obvious, his love of his teammates undeniable, his love of his fans abundant. There was nothing this kid couldn’t and wouldn’t do for this team, and there’s nothing that we wouldn’t do for him.

We only got him for two years, but in those two years he was pivotal in making the second line fire, necessary beyond belief in making the Blackhawks the contenders that they are.

He was our puppy, he was Kaner’s rookie, a Calder winning icon that we will never forget. I’m already dreading his first steps back into the UC because you know this kid is gonna be the best someday!
