a quick summary of garrus in his sw verse: palaven, his home planet, exists in a far corner of the galaxy, and the turians prefer to remain planetside, rarely seen outside their sector, rarely leaving friendly space for any reason. they have an established military with their own slew of advanced weaponry, and choose to remain neutral in all outside conflicts. garrus, however, actively ventures out into the galaxy, occasionally winding up in the middle of things many are startled by the sight of him, since turians are so rarely seen off palaven ( some don’t even know what turians look like !! ). this verse is easily transferable across all sw time periods !!
