I remember in January I honestly felt like everything was getting better. I was getting better, my relationships, work, etc. and then all of a sudden it ALL (literally) declined rapidly. And I can’t help but feel defeated and thinking what’s life going to throw at me next? The year is halfway over and I’m still drowning.
