Grayson's POV Me, Ethan, Jack, Meghan, and Y/N all decided to go camping together on this beautiful rocky beach that has one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen. I don't know Meghan and Y/N very well, all I know is that they're quite popular youtubers. The sun is about to set as we gather around our little fire me and Jack put together. "Time for the marshmallows!" Meghan says excitedly as she pulls a bag of marshmallows out from behind her. Everyone puts their marshmallows on their sticks and slowly starts roasting them. After 20 seconds of silence, Jack breaks the silence. "Ethan, your marshmallow is burning." I look over to Ethan who's marshmallows is slowly turning black. "Aw, I wasn't paying attention." Ethan laughs. "I say we go for a swim." Jack says. "I'm in." Meghan and Ethan say at the same time, they look at each other and laugh. "Gray, you coming?" Ethan asks. "Nah, I'll just stay here." Ethan then looks at Y/N, who is wrapped in a blanket, she shakes her head. All three of those goofs then run toward the water as they tip toe through the sharp rocks, Meghan screams when she jumps into the cold water. "So," I turn to Y/N, trying to make conversation "are you enjoying this trip?" "Yeah, it's nice. I've never camped without my family before though." She speaks quietly, she seems really shy, I nod. I turn to the fire and watch as the flames slowly die down. "Wanna come with me to get some more wood?" The car we drove is just through the woods and we have some wood in the trunk. Y/N slowly looks down at the blanket wrapped around her clearly showing she doesn't want to go. "I guess." She stands up and shrugs the blanket off of her, then follows me. It's dark now and we just made it to the car. I open the trunk and pull out a stack of wood, Y/N helps carry some too. "You don't have to he-" "It's fine." Y/N interrupts me, then slowly turns toward the direction of our camping site. A few minutes pass and it's becoming quite obvious that we are lost. "I think we're going in circles." I mumble. "Which way is North? That's where our site is." Y/N asks. "I have no idea, I can't even see." I say in a frustrated voice, I sit against a tree and Y/N sits next to me. "I'm such an idiot, I should have thought about this before leaving the camp site." I say. I can't believe I didn't bring a flashlight, or something! Now me and Y/N are going to be stuck out here. "You're not an idiot." Y/N mumbles. I look at her. My vision is adjusting to the darkness and I can now see a little bit. Her long blonde hair covers her face as she picks at the wood on her lap, she's really pretty. She's wearing long pyjama pants and a grey sweatshirt. "Hey! I see some light!" Y/N jumps up a runs toward it, I follow behind her. As the light gets closer, we realize it's a flash light. "Where were you guys? We got really worried!" Ethan says as he points the bright flashlight at us. "We got lost." Y/N says. "Well, you should be glad I found you guys! You could have... Been attacked by bears or something!" "Can we just go? I'm cold." Y/N says. A small smile spreads across my face, here's my chance. I wrap my arms around her and hug her. "Warm up." I say with a laugh, I can tell she's blushing. "Oh gosh, Grayson. Stop flirting." Ethan rolls his eyes. Ethan leads the way as me and Y/N look at each other from here and then. Requested by anonymous. Sorry it isn't that good, it's 1am I'm very tired 😕
