Hello everyone!

Do you remember art with Wei Ying and his boy students? Yes, I decided to draw this topic again. I really really like this AU, at least because three (four, Wei Wuxian too) Souls survive in it. (Some kind of Jiang Cheng's nightmare ..).

So, I decided to do some magic and try to imagine Wei Wuxian's sect a little richer than it could be in the canon (well, let's dream and give money to poor A-Xian, for the maintenance of their children).

When I drew clothes for the characters, I didn't want to make them the same. I flipped through quite a lot of references, was inspired by the images from the doramas and probably adapted them to the style of 2d and Donghua after all. As for the images, I want to draw attention to the patterns on everyone's clothes. In them, I tried to make some kind of reference to the character or his story.

So A-Yuan has a pattern of clouds and sleeves with sun rays on his clothes, Wei Ying has lotus motifs on his belt and lapels. Besides, many people already know that I love the Jin clan theme, and that's why there are peonies on Xuanyu's clothes.

I wanted to somehow unite A-Qing and Xue Yang, after all, they are from the same arch. They have the motives of field herbs, Xue Yang has wormwood + a reference to his surname. In addition, the small pattern on his hanfu is small stylized candies.
