Golden Week starts today (April 29) in Japan. I'm about to leave for work, but if people want to do something Golden Week-like, RP-wise, hit up my askbox so I can get to them in the evening.
Kazu was highly relaxed as he sat in the hot water, cape turned into wings for many reasons, he seemed to only regard the other with a little purred huff, peeking open an eye “Mmmm?”
He probably would have cut that out quickly if she had, the assumption all too correct.
If it was at all possible he just plain relaxed further into the touches, humming a nameless tune, probably something he conceived himself, pleasant and lilting to the ears. “Mmm? Thank you, its… actually nice to hear things like that every so often.”
I want to develop relationships between characters. When I say relationships, I don’t just mean platonic or romantic. I’m talking about the entire fucking spectrum that is the idea of ‘relationships’. So, because I can’t find any good memes for it, I’ma make one.
Send me one (or more) of the following for possible relationships you can see between our characters:
シ : For a platonic relationship.
♥ : For a romantic relationship.
♋ : For a sexual relationship.
ø : For a mutually beneficial relationship (as in they’re only it it because it’s beneficial).
ϡ : For our muses to be (mortal?) enemies.
?? : For a relationship dynamic that you yourself would like to explain.
or a ❂ if you would like to discuss possible relationship dynamics between our characters if none of the above seem to fit just right, or if you just have no clue.
Male Amane (name to be decided, probably something old and meaningful, if we keep to DeSu staff’s choice of using “old Japanese names” like Atsuro) would feel a different sort of pressure and worries from OU Amane, yet distinctively similiar.
He would hear the voices of spirits since he was a child.
He would stay with his father after his mother left.
He would still receive the same emotionless training as OU Amane, just with extra pressure since as a man, he cannot afford to show his weakness.
Which was a contrast with his more outspoken and strong willed father. The Founder may not have Male Amane’s sheer level of spiritual power (thus, why he’s still the host for Jezebel), but his powerful self confidence and utter conviction in his path to support Belberith would always be something he envies.
Because it spoke highly to stay committed to a cause, without harbouring any doubts even with the bloodshed it would cause, while Amane showed clear hesitation.
That said, being a male host to a female demon known for her former beauty and accused of spreading sexual promiscuity by God’s followers was kind of.
Awkward.
But that means for Mind Amanes, male Mind Amanes would be BARE CHESTED.
Kazuma nodded as an answer to her gratitude, and quietly listened to her as he should do. Not like he really is interested in the Shomonkai’s ideals, he even rejected the idea to join as a follower, however that was no reason to try to not listen.
“I see” he answered to show that he was paying attention “Fortunately enough they were people who would listen, but just God knows what purist would have done instead” though he said that with a serious tone, the ‘purists’ was supposed to be a joke since atheism just became popular in modern times “Nice speech also” Kazuma commented in casual tone “Shall we go? I belive you still have things to do”
Amane quietly screwed the lid back on. She wondered if Kazuma was joking with him mentioning ‘purists’. Statically and historically, Christianity wasn’t the top religion in Japan, but there was some devoted members among them.
“Thank you, and yes, it’s time to go.”
After a public appearance, there’s the group-only meeting and to visit Naoya. She haven’t heard of any troubles with the demon summoning program, especially since they brought in the singer... But she’s interested in seeing how he continued to blend both mystical and technological together.
“There’s a meeting for me to go to, next.” She looked up at him. Her public speech did take up some time, so...
“...Followed by a break and then a visit.”
He would’ve known already. But she still feel the need to say them. There’s more work to be done, but at least they will get another break today.
Rewatching Bonjour Koiaji Patisserie reminds me that I used to ponder how different things would be if Amane’s a guy, considering the usual gender expectations imposed by both family and society.
That and Yoshinosuke is how I like to imagine male Amane more than Tsukiyama.

Her lips formed a small smile at his reaction. She continued to gently stroke his wings. In a way, she almost feel like curious child again, exploring new things before she learned to fear and control herself.
“…Let me know if I’m doing anything wrong.” She didn’t want to accidentally hurt him.
“Mmmmh, you’ll know if you have. Feel free.” The shifted wing revealed the mostly concealed ‘ridge line’ of soft hair/fur running from the nape of his neck where regular hair ended and ran down along his spine, presumably to where his tail began.
Trusting him to speak up if she did anything wrong, her fingers followed the ridge line from his neck to his wings. After a brief thought, she opted against following it down towards his tail. That area felt far too invasive and personal for her to even touch.
"...Your wings are beautiful." Soft and beautiful, it's almost hard to believe they belonged to a feared demon overlord. On the other hand, many demons were known to be beautiful tempters.
People on my personal would know, but got hit by a sudden case of "being sick" so that's why I'm like nonexistent over here. Will try to hit things up. Usual drill, hit up my askbox for RP stuff and don't forget to specify which route or if you want an AU.
Sorry that I haven't been on & replying. RL related matters made me feel too tired & stressed to even check Amane's blog. I'll be putting stuff into drafts, since it's my turns on them.
Looks like Amane's birthday falls on a Wednesday this year. So logically, that means celebrations before and after attending school for the day. It varies between routes. But I like to imagine Messiah doing his best to make time to see Amane when work isn't swallowing him up. I'm thinking of editing ideas but I don't know how I could even make it work. ...does anyone know how to draw in transparent veils
