FTR since this blog is getting attention im a strict "Fandom is for fans first and foremost and creator boundaries stretch as far as 1. Not sending them shit they dont like, and 2. tag your shit" as it would for any other fandom because anything more without fail every time I see ends up with just fancops and spreading misinformation and harassing people.
Like I've seen some absolute heinous harassment to both fans and creators for so much as daring to have extremely mild headcanons or for telling people to knock off the harassment. I have been in mcyt spaces generally online along with in the space on tumblr for over a decade, never once has policing around a creators "boundaries" ended well. Be polite, tag your shit especially if it's nsfw, but remember fandom is a fan space first and foremost, creators can visit, but they don't get to set the entire fandom's rules any more then an author of a book could.
This isn't to say creators can't mention if they don't personally like something, opinion is opinion and they are fully in their rights to be like "if i see fanart with x im blocking you". Often I find as long as creators are polite nine times out of ten people will go "oh you dont like horns in your fanart? okay" and change the design anyways. It just means to leave that one out of ten person alone beyond maybe asking them to tag the design as horned!character or something because they aren't going to change their mind. Especially because they often tend to be younger I've noticed.
Setting boundaries is "do not show me this or I will block you" it is not "no one can make this" and a lot of people have forgotten this, boundaries dictate how YOU react, not how others act. I know not everyone is comfortable with this kind of mindset, but I've seen the sheer amount of damage this can cause. So I just thought I'd make my stance clear.
