Twin Angel AU

Welcome! This post is meant to be a quick rundown in detail of what's going on here exactly.

Firstly, this AU takes place mainly in Playtime Co, eight years after the Hour of Joy as opposed to ten. The main selling point of is the fact there are two angels traversing the factory rather than one.

The two are siblings; fraternal twins who have decided to traverse through the factory years later, even after being beset by experiences that caused them to leave in the first place. They are now in a situation they cannot turn back from, and yet they continue to go on as a pair. After all, they've been through so much together already...

They can survive this.. right?

Names: Gabriel (Left), and Ariel (Right) Powers

Part one, the Protagonists

Gender: Male (Gabriel), Female (Ariel)

Ages: 27

Family: Older Brother, Younger Sister

Favorite Color: Purple (Gabriel), Blue (Ariel)

Currently: Both in College and are on break.

Aspirations: Psychology/Therapy (Gabriel), Childcare (Ariel)

Synopsis: Gabriel and Ariel, known as twins. The two have always been by and supported each other, but the truth of the matter is, it wasn't always this way. However, they don't talk about that side of the past much. The two ex workers have returned to the factory, armed with nothing other than the clothes on their back and the strange amounts of luck they have to when it comes to avoiding tragedy.

Gabriel is seen as the more serious, calmer side of the two twins. He tends to always have a thought, using his intuition to and softly listening to others to get his answers. He's more patient and cautious, opting to find solutions rather than going straight in. But even if he was serious, he's extremely kind despite the quiet demeanor he gives off. He hopes to eventually graduate college with a degree in psychology, hoping to help people with his words.

Ariel, meanwhile, is the more open ended talker. She's the more excitable half of the two siblings, often speaking first for the two in order to start conversations, and constantly looking on the better side of things to see that something can still be done despite those things happening. Despite what one would think with this personality, she's a good listener, and often tries to get others to smile by being the first one to be active. She wants nothing but to help others feel better. While in college, she's hoping to major in Childcare so she can run her own Daycare.

And this is just the beginning. There are others, more than just the twins. Are you prepared to meet them?

Nightmares 1/2

{I wasn't done showing you characters, actually. I was holding off on these. But! Here are the first few characters I have finished for the chapter 4 section of the AU! And it's half of the BBI Nightmare Critters! Featuring..}

I have always been curious about Dogdays legs, did only one get ripped off? Due to the color miss match or did both of them get ripped off like in the games?

Okay, so I can FINALLY answer this. So, I get what you're talking about. But let's zoom in a little..

You're referring to his front most leg here, which would be his right leg. There's a simple explanation for this.

During the time of his imprisonment, the mini's had found his legs and were a bit desperate for food. They were in the middle of eating it when Catnap came in and actually stopped them from doing so.

However, they had already eaten the majority of it, so Catnap had to hastily hide it in a secure place where they couldn't get it. He had no way to patch it up in fear of his claws making it worse.

When Gabriel and Ariel find Dogday, they also locate his legs with the help of a little friend, and the supplies needed to repair the body. Catnap did in fact intend to fix them after all.

They do exactly that, adding some mismatched patches and threads since those parts got eaten. The lower leg had become red due to massive internal bleeding and honestly it hurts like hell. Because of this, Dogday has that cane now.

{Our boy was given a lovely little glow up, and the best part is our old man now a cane! Elio even got help from the twins in order to knit him a pendant on it. Careful, he's NOT getting caught off guard ever again.}

{Well, not only is he my best friend but I also have an announcement. Lucin is now officially the main artist for the Twin Angel AU! It was actually something I've been meaning to say for months! But I wanted to do so after we had posted all this art that I've been holding in my pocket for a while now. Expect MORE art from him in the future, okay? Because we've got so many things to show that I as a writer can't put into words, and I'm happy to work with him!}

Haven Critters

{Did you know the little guys from chapter 4 had a name? Well, now you do. Introducing the Haven Critters! But to keep things from getting confusing, I have them names! Like..}

{These two! First is Elio. Clumsy, energetic and eager to help in any way he can if possible. The little guy does not like sitting down, dragging his scarf around his neck anywhere he goes.}

{Next is Jaycee. Laid back and optimistic. Tends to be quite talkative and is a bit of a kleptomaniac, often collecting anything he can find he thinks are interesting!}

{Then there's Orion! A bit cocky, but in reality it's a mask to hide the fact that he's kind of a dork. He's always competing with Elio when it comes to participation, but only because he doesn't want to be shown up and prove he's tough. I mean look at those bracelets, he's a totally fierce hunter, right?}

{Kiran meanwhile is Orion's more blunt best friend that always has something to say when something doesn't seem right. The voice of reason most of the time when the others can't agree to anything. Though, it comes with some sort of snark from them.}

{Next is Suri (shoo-ree). She's probably the most soft spoken and is a bit reluctant to interact with others. Living in fear for most of the time after the HOJ had that effect on some people, and she's no different, often found hiding behind someone if necessary.}

{That doesn't apply to Sora though. They have a level of confidence that makes them the stupid best friend that matches both Elio and Orion's energies. Though, they always have Siri around their shoulder, protective of their best friend.}

{And rounding out the last of them starts out with Aurora! Extremely cheerful, easy going and sometimes is just in her little world. It's not unlikely to find her skipping around the place and daydreaming when she can't find her thoughts. Let's just say this energy lightens the room.}

{Finally, we have Milia! Milia the troublemaker that is, because she's always sneaking off to who knows where. Though, unlike Jaycee, things tend to go missing around Milia because anything she finds might as well be the object of her curiosity. From pulling out cords, to accidentally breaking things because she wants to see how it works.. it usually ends with her holding her arms behind her back. But, we know what you did, buddy.}
