About Me

Hey!! I’m Vizzie, she/they, I’m 22 years old and Canadian. I’ve been writing for fun for the past few years, it really helped me through the pandemic and I got to meet so many awesome people through it! I’m prone to giving characters more angst than they should ever have to deal with, but I promise it hurts me as much as it hurts you lmao. I love travel and music, so even if you want to hmu to chat about something unrelated to twst, feel free! I love love love meeting new people and chatting with them but I also. Suck at responding sometimes.

RULES

1. This is a drama, hate free space. Do not bring politics, bigotry, or rude behaviour to my blog and expect to get away with it. Don’t be an instigator, you won’t get the attention from me that your mother never gave you.

2. I take requests, but please for the love of god. Do not send me requests where something about Yuu’s/MC’s appearance is altered. Most of my work will not include them anyways, but if you would like something with them, they remain Gender Neutral. Always. And as neutral as possible as well, where their appearance is referred to traits that can be experienced rather than inherited. (Ex. Fatigued, hyperactive VS hair length, height, etc.)

3. This is a mostly SFW blog? I’m going to say 14A- simply because some of my work depicts gore and violence (I warned you about angst) but there will be trigger warnings, the writing will be under the cut, or linked to another site. If I miss a tag, just send an ask or dm to let me know, I’ll fix it.

This is my new Ignihyde oc — Michael Tyranno!

He’s a twst’d version of the bowling hat guy/goop from meet the Robison’s (2007)!

There’s a little backstory to this fella! He’s a mechanic that specializes in robotics and programming. You’ll either find Michael (Mike) playing baseball with the Savannahclaw dorm students or doodling in his unicorn diary colorfully adorned with sparkly stickers.

Acknowledged for his oddly social personality for an Ignyide student, Michael has been perceived as an anomaly by the other dorms’ students. Regardless he finds himself traveling a lot from the Savannah claw dorm, to even the pomefiore dormitory to visit his good friend Suzanne.

Many would make the assumption that Michael is inherent recluse for how borderline mute he is around acquaintances, but that could be further from the truth. Known for his elaborate ideas, fancy power point elevator pitches. Don’t get him started about his bowling hat blueprints unless you want a long ramble for five hours about how this technology could revolutionize twisted wonderland. Oh, he really really likes dinosaurs.

If Michael Tyranno had the financial budget and endless materials to work with alongside an endless supply of volunteers he would for sure build a robotic replica of a t-Rex.

Terms of service:

If you are going to commission me, you automatically accept my terms of service.

Payment must always be upfront. Meaning: I will not start the commission until I get paid first.

No refunds unless the commission has not been started yet or if only the sketch is finished.

No changes to the commission past the sketch and lineart stage unless they have to do with colors. Changes in any stage past coloring will cost 5$ each.

An update once the lineart is done will be provided. You are free to request more updates at your leisure.

Do NOT edit hate speech or anything gross onto my art. This will result in blacklisting.

Rudeness or disrespect from the commissioner can and will result in blocking at my discretion.

I reserve the right to decline doing your commission.

If you will use my art for personal or commercial use, you must credit me!

Prices are set to an average. Extremely complex designs or accessories will require an extra fee. Payment must always be in USD on CashApp, PayPal, or Zelle (if you are in the US or UK, it would be appreciated if the transaction can be made through CashApp! The PayPal account belongs to my guardian.)

Lineart prices:

Chibis: 10$

Headshot: 15$

Half body (torso up): 20$

Full body: 25$

Flat color prices:

Chibis: 15$

Headshot: 20$

Half body (torso up): 25$

Full body: 30$

Fully finished (rendered) prices:

Chibis: 20$

Headshot: 30$

Half body (torso up): 40$

Full body: 50$

These prices apply to each character that is commissioned!!! For example:

If you want two flat colored chibis in one drawing, it would be 30$.

If you want one fully finished full body and one fully finished headshot in the same drawing, it would be 80$, and so on.

(I have nothing against furries, I just have zero experience with drawing them. You are still free to request them, but it will likely take twice as long as a regular commission from me would take due to me having to learn to draw them from scratch, and will therefore cost extra).

Reference of the character.

Any extra details.

If you want an elaborate background for the art, it will be 5$ to 10$ extra depending on difficulty.

New illustrations of kid!Ruggie and kid!Leona by Yana!! I believe it is in the third volume of the Episode of Savanaclaw manga as a bonus at the end of it.

According to the notes, Ruggie and other hyenas have entirely black hair in their childhood. I assume this is because real life hyenas have entirely black fur in their youth as well. I guess when they grow up, their hair/fur lightens, hence the gradient we see in Ruggie's current hairstyle. It looks like beastmen have more traits in common with their animal ancestors than we thought! (We've discussed how animal traits might manifest in beastfolk infants here.) The other note on Ruggie's illustration says that he wears someone else's hand-me-down clothes.

As for little Leona! It says he aspires to be the King of Beasts awww 🥺he used to be so full of hope... and the necklace he wears bears a scar-like pattern. It is apparently imbued with a protective spell, which was cast by Kifaji. We previously discussed what the purpose of the pendant the young royals of Sunset Savanna seem to wear (here!). According to the Magical Archives, Cheka's seems to have a tracking device but no protective spell is mentioned. Leona's meanwhile, has the protective spell but no tracking device mentioned. Are these customized based on the personality (and/or troublemaking level) of the royal in question? Is Cheka's pendant being more tech than magic an indication of the Sunset Savanna's advancements as they slowly industrialize while keeping mindful of nature? Or do the pendants just have both anyway and the design notes fail to convey that to us?

Cheka seems to sneak away from his retainers a lot, so I get why the GPS tracker might be needed for him. I have to wonder why Leona has a protective spell on his, though... Are there more people after him than Cheka, despite him being the second born prince and not the crown prince? And isn't Leona a mage powerful enough to be able to defend himself whereas Cheka doesn't seem to be able to defend himself and/or cast spells yet? Maybe Kifaji cast a protective spell on Leona's pendant to help Leona feel more like a normal kid? Like someone is out there hoping for his safety and worrying about him...

… But if Leona had that protective spell on him, how did he get his scar??? Because he doesn’t have it yet in the artwork there. Did he have the necklace off when it happened???

I think when I get home I'll probably make an OC blog. I like saving this blog for my x reader and canon character writing (even if its based on my headcanons lol)
