Is it a pretty universal experience to have a seizure disorder and everyone else who knows you have one to be more afraid than you are?

I feel kind of infantilized in a way because of it.

Anytime I start to stare off, go quiet, need to rest from the activity we are doing or display any kind of behaviors like that everyone who knows or have seen me seize automatically start to panic/check in on me.

On one hand it’s incredibly nice to know that people have my back and aren’t judging me for it, etc.

It’s also overwhelming at times because they don’t let me breathe. They constantly just watch me if that makes sense.

It just makes me feel like the odd one out because all the focus then turns to me.

i love how s3 finale completely flips our perspective on the hunt from the pilot. half of the girls weren’t even hunting. van standing over the pit seemed so menacing in the pilot but now it’s just heartbreaking. mari being pit girl, not because the wilderness chose but because shauna chose. mari was only wearing a nightdress so she could use her clothes as a decoy. and turns out mari was a decoy while the others tried to get rescue. misty removing her mask and smiling not because they caught mari but because they’re getting rescued and there’s nothing shauna can do about it. the hair on the antler queen costume wasn’t a collection of various victims’ hair, it was just mari’s. this whole time we thought it was all the girls collectively giving in to the hunt and the wildness of it, but really it was just shauna, along with lottie and tai. none of them wanted to do a hunt, none of them wanted mari to be chosen.

I am gonna give Yellowjackets the benefit of the doubt because we will see more of Lottie to find out what exactly happened but it honestly feels like they wasted her character in the adult timeline and it fucking sucks because I have been enjoying this show so much and I genuinely love seeing these many complex and messed up women and such a wild story explored.

I will be a hater and say that watching Jeff play bingo with old ass people when we could have had more Lottie was maddening.

It sucks bc I genuinely enjoyed the episode and we had so many great moments with the trial and TaiVan doing their thing. Even the ongoing Misty vs Shauna tension is great and interesting to watch plus the freezer scene which could have been longer honestly like you get Ella back USE HER! but I still liked it. Then we see Lottie for two scenes, one of which is heartbreaking honestly with her trying to practice her apology... and we get walter of all people telling to Misty what happened?

They better do something good with it because even though I expected for Lottie to go this season, losing her this early is a waste

time for kanade's turn in the torture maze 🙏🙏 her time was coming sooner or later

i saw some people on twt mention the empty frames representing kanade's lack of life experiences due to her guilt and isolation and the mirrors being used to represent possible self-reflection and likely kanade will finally have to face herself

but i'd like to mention the hallway

firstly, it may just be me seeing this but this hallway actually contains each of the unit members image colours. kanade is the walls. ena is the picture frames. mizuki is the floor. and mafuyu is the roof.

secondly, this hallway is LOOOONG but there is a light at the end, which actually is also niigo's unit image colour (the light is there, at 25:00). niigo is each others's light. niigo is kanade's light.... but it's oh so so far away.... despite moving towards it, albeit slowly, the light never seems to get closer
