This is just a place where I can share the fun adventures of Simon and Meadowlark the tiny skeletons. (Please note that this is a sfw blog and if you see a nakey skele here, they're bones. There's nothing there. Calm yourself.)

Okay, so I have some good news and bad news.

The good news is that all the seeds had sprouted!

The bad news is that half of them where ripped by either my kitten or birds and the other half has contracted mold. (I don't even know how that happened D:) however, the moldy ones are still grown (again, don't know how but they are) so I'm gonna keep an eye on them.

So no new post on the plants for a bit until I replant and re-sow some more seeds

Here is a carnation to help hold you guys over for the time being.

(No, I'm not going to tell the skeletons, they are not ready for this kind of disappointment. ): )

Bath Time!

Simon finds them as fun as he always had, which is to say; no fun at all.

Meadowlark, on the other hand finds them very relaxing.

Oh, um... Maybe too relaxing?

Aaaand the flowers have been sowed!

Hazza! All the seed have been tucked in and ready to grow! Those two did great and worked very hard, there's just one thing left for them to do.

It time for the first of the planting to begin!

The two friends started with the cucumber seeds.

Simon demonstrates how to tuck the seeds in.

Meadow Lark tries there hand at it with the tomato seeds.

They work on the peppers together.

They did such a wonderful job with those and are so excited to get to the rest of the seeds.

Hello everyone, Friend here to give an update.

I want to try something new with updates; that being smaller post sizes, but more frequent postings. So instead of a wall of text and pictures, there just fewer words and more Skeletons.

Not so much letters, but post cards of what's going down in the friendzone.

Let me know what you think and we'll go from there.

This spring we have a lot of planting to do and the tiny friends are more than happy to lend a boney hand.

Simon is really to go, and Meadowlark is pondering all the way things can go wrong.

It was a fun Halloween this year, though not many trick-or-treaters.

Our tiny friends were very very brave throughout the night so they are being rewarded with leftover candy!

Hi! We are still alive, well, as alive as skelly friends can be, and will be returning soon

I want to know what you guys want to see the tiny duo do and since October is right around the corner I want to try some spoopy stuff.

I was think we could try to carve a pumpkin, or bake some seasonal cookies, or make new costumes. We are open to suggestions!

Hello everyone!

We're back and ready for shenanigans! Today is a little too hot for tiny skeleton friends to venture outside so I decided to bring the outdoors indoors!

Today we'll be sorting carrots!

Hurray!!!

Meadow Lark will be holding the ones that are too small to keep inside and Simon is in charge of the big ones, just incase they try to roll off the counter. (Carrots are sneaky like that.)

They both seem excited about there tasks, since neither of them have ever seen a real Carrot before.

Those are some big carrots you got Simon, and they're still on the counter. Good job!

Let's see how Meadow Lark is doing.

Oh my.

That's a lot of carrots that need to go back outside. Meadow Lark is very proud of themselves, and very tall. Good Job holding all down those babies!

Looks like I'm gonna be busy outside today. But Hey! These two did a great job sorting out the veggies today!

Still Alive (so to speak)

Hello everyone! I just want to say that, after a long surprise hiatus, the small skeleton friends will be returning once more!

Hello~!

Meadow Lark is wearing a new outfit, which is also a hint to where our next update will be taking place in.

I dont think they like it. But don't worry.

They didn't stay in it too long, and changed into something more comfortable.

Hazza! Two happy helpful skeletons are back and ready for shenanigans.

Decisions are made!

Good news everyone! We picked out what we will grow in the outdoors garden!

Roma Tomatoes, Green and Purple Tomatillos, and Jalapeno Peppers!

I seeded them in some planters and the skele-friends will visit them and the eggs soon!

Garden Plans

Hello everyone!

I want to know what you guys think we should grow in the outdoors garden this year. We are doing carrots this year, but what else?

Aaaaand here they are! Simon in his sundress and Meadow Lark barowing some overalls.

Since its spring where we are, I’d say we get started on a new batch of plant friends for our house and garden.

Here we have rosemary, spearmint, catnip and alyssum gold dust. And theres goodies are going straight into-

Eggs! This is Meadow Lark’s first time planting in egg shells (and seeing egg shells for the first time)

They’re so excited, so let’s begin!

Simon is instructing Meadow Lark on how to crumbling soil so its easier for the seeds to grow.

These are the catnip seeds, the skeletons are surprised to see how small they are.

I showed Meadow Lark (and reminded Simon) how to cover them with soil, they seemed to grasp it well so I them the go.

I asked Simon to do the mint and rosemary and Meadow Lark to sow the Alyssum.

Done! Great job my friends, all the seeds have been sown and theres just on thing left to do.

Water them! I poked a hole in a small water bottle to make a small watering can.

Now we are completely finished!! Haza!

We'll come back in a few days to check on them see how the seedlings are doing.
