I wanted to be a marine biologist or oceanographer so bad when I was a kid. I watched Captain Planet and the Planeteers religiously. I wanted to save the world.

Captain Bridger and Commander Ford, reporting for duty. All I have left to collect now is Chief Crocker, Lucas, and Tim. Let's go!
We have about 3/4 of an acre of land with our house. I've been plotting out what/where I'm going to plant my vegetable garden beds once we're out of the frost danger and I realized that I have quite a bit of space to seed some clover to make the pollinators happy.
My new bird feeders are getting visits from woodpeckers, robins, blue jays, and crows. There's one squirrel that's the size of a housecat trying to figure out how to get at the seed, but joke's on his tubby ass.
We're also looking at some fruiting trees and bushes since I now have a halfway decent pulper/juicer. Healthy drinks inbound. Compost inbound. Heck yeah!

I took my wife out antiquing for her birthday to get her some picture frames for her art prints and she suggested we swing by this little local toy store that we'd passed several times.
Now, you know me. I'm all about some toy store action. Within TWO MINUTES of walking in the door, I managed to snag all three of these SeaQuest DSV figures. I've got Commander Hitchcock still boxed up from the move, but check it out!!!111oneone!!
I loved this show so much as a kid. Hell, I loved it more than Star Trek. I just need Captain Bridger, Commander Ford, Chief Crocker, Lt (jg) O'Neill, and Lucas. I left my business card with the owner with a BOLDED *WANTS SEAQUEST FIGURES AND STUFF*
And yes, I will be opening them up and playing with them. The ten-year old version of me who went through hell and fire deserves a chance to play with some of his favorite things, even if the body ain't that young anymore.

Spent five hours shoveling snow from the driveway. Yes, I'm slow at it, but fused vertebrae in your spine has a tendency to slow you down. Pretty proud of myself for knocking it out, but I have a bone to pick with our town. They have this little tractor that clears the sidewalk and it never fails to arrive until just after I get done, making me have to go back to the street and shovel another good 100 lbs of slush and snow.
Me, in a fit of brilliance, decided to say to hell with that. I'll wait until night because surely nobody will block my driveway until I run the wife to work at 4 AM. Sure enough, at 11:30 pm, just as I finished, I heard that whine of the town's tractor. I stood at the end of my driveway and watched him putter on past me.
Bastard had the audacity to WAVE at me.

wise jean-eric and sweetie pie snorkel are my two personal favourites, but imo all the ones i've tried so far have been excellent in their own ways :)
i know we've been hurting for official eo merch for like two decades now, so it really warms the heart (in more ways than one) to have a nice fan-made cup of tea linked to your favourite character or location... or just to have a tin with a lovely eo design on it! use it for weed or trinkets once the tea is gone, the possibilities are... endless....

Despite loving water beyond any sane reasoning, Scorched Earth is my favorite map on Ark: Survival Evolved.
That being said, this kind of wacky stuff in this game is...well... it's Ark. You can either roll with it and smile or lose your mind.
