Should I change place?

I cease doing art because I found out that I do that mainly due to the external validation.

Now these past few days, I'm itching to do art again.. But this time, "Doing it for its own sake"

I'm tired of everything.

I am drifting apart.

[tynseniger]

I love my parents and I also hate them.

If you experience this, do this:

Get a paper and pen. Think and write what you want. It can be short term or long term goal

Then write how will you achive this? What will be your action on a day to day basis?

Then sleep. Don't try to do something at late at night. Just have a good sleep.

Then the next day. Once you wake up. Read what you wrote. Then take action. It's better to take it small. Little by little. But be consistent.

Then improve little by little. You may not see it in weeks, months, or a year.. But you will probably see this in the long run, 5 years for example.

I'm still working on this though..

If someone tells you their experience with depression, racism, sexism, classicism, trauma, grief—it’s because they trusted you. Maybe they told someone else and got laughed off, shut down, invalidated. Their voice was cut off. So they came to you with hope, at a risk, heart open.

When someone opens up with their painful story, it’s important what you do right then. You’ll be one more person who turns them away, or you’ll be the one who opens a door. Your ears can save a life. You can be the miracle they were praying for.

After over a year, I've had my morning walk today.

I saw farmers harvesting their crops for the first time while some making noise or have something to ward off the birds. I used to see different seasons of the fields were it was ready to be planted, newly planted, and ready to be harvested. But never the actual process of the farmers.

And no, I didn't bring my phone on my morning walk. And it was just great. Enjoying the moment.
