Rosinier Hails Caicedo as “World-Class” After Match-Winning Goal Against Pafos
Chelsea head coach Liam Rosinier praised Moisés Caicedo as a world-class midfielder after the Ecuador international scored the decisive goal in a 1-0 victory over Pafos on Wednesday night.

Rosinier added that against teams who defend deep, key players must push higher up the pitch, and expressed hope that Caicedo can continue contributing with goals.
While admitting Chelsea would have liked to score more, the manager stressed that finishing inside the top eight remains the priority, insisting the team must stay focused on winning as many matches as possible.
“I can’t control what others think, but I’m excited about the future of this football club,” Rosinier said. “I ask the fans to support the team and support me — I still have to prove myself.”
Addressing the absence of Cole Palmer, Rosinier explained it was a precautionary decision after the midfielder picked up a minor knock in the previous game.
“I didn’t want to take any risks, especially with a player of Cole’s quality,” he added, confirming the issue was not related to a previous groin injury, despite speculation beforehand.
