it's really cool how wade deals with zoe
Wade on relationships/his relationship with zoe:
- expecting her to go watch the foreign movie on her own.
- "why? what did i do to you?" His response when she actually wanted them to go together. hahahahahahaha
- his interpretation of what couples do: things they hate. hahahahaha. zoe's response of 'all the time' is funny too
- and that look on his face after she says that. hahahahahaha. i'm sure there's a name for it. he's got good expressions.
how is it that she can insult him and get away with it? she's really his soft spot isnt it.
apparently you're not a couple unless someone's in pain.
and the funniest line: if i wanted to date tansy, we'd still be married. if i wanted to date george tucker, i'd date you. which oops i already am.
zoe is so many people rolled into one! first, when she's repressed, she's like lemon. when she's normal, she's like george! this is hilarious.
and that cross cutting scene when they were trying to say no to double dating. he's funny!
and, how relaxed he is about zoe and george going off to look after his father. he's more interested in the food! hahahahaha
and how calm he is after zoe texts him about what happened! ahahahahaah 'see, an explanation' LOL
and how there should be no freaking out at ever twist and turn of the zoe and george funhouse ride. who came up with these lines??? they're good!
and his lovely line of trust.
(unfortunately tansy blames wade for her now being less trusting about relationships.)
and he was really going to have himself a good meal!
how cute it was that he canoed over. hahahaha. he looked quite tired.
after tansy lays it out to him about 'the future',
- i don't need to know the future.
i didn't pick up on this, but the other shippers are mighty pleased that wade was ok thinking about moving to new york, if zoe were to ever go back. i was thrown off by that expression he had at the end after he heard that story about newark(?)
many people also picked up on how wade was holding zoe's hand in the closing scene, and zoe's hand over his. i just had to say, so were george and tansy.
overall a nice and funny episode. i'm glad we're back to the comedy of the show!
