For the Cybertronian, it's a bit meh in English (but that's okay cause Decepticon alphabet teehee) but it basically translates to "'I love you', I wanted to say. But you said, 'You are banished from Iacon.'"

I originally didn't know what I wanted to do with this, but as I was drawing it I noticed it started to look like it's from D-16's perspective, so I decided to add a bit of the TF One script with my own twist for some angst :)
