"What? I mean, unless you didn’t want to be a… big brother?" he said, not knowing really what Adam wanted, but knew he was right "I will clean up my act I know that I have to or else… I won’t be here anymore" he said softly, standing up in front of Adam "What is that you want, Adam? I… I mean, I want to know so I don’t lead you on anymore… i mean… I don’t know."

"No, it's not that ....I want that role of big brother. If that is what you see this between us as who am I to question anything you know? " He shrugged as he went back to his spot against the counter he reached for his own cup of coffee that was cooling down, once he took a sip he smiled in Randy's direction. In his own way if that's what Randy wanted then he would do his best to be that big brother. He shook his head, "This isn't about me it's about you and doing what I can to make you feel better."

"Just like I said, Adam, you have Jay to worry about. You two are inseparable at the hip, you can’t be away from each other for too long, so I know this won’t last more than a few days" he said, smiling softly, "I just appreciate that you are here for me now. I needed that, my… best friend… so to say? That sounds really girl like but, it’s true man, I look up to you like my best guy friend. You are always there for me, like a big brother I never had" he said softly, biting his lip as he looked at him.

"Your right, I do care a lot for Jay. I can't deny that nor will I....But that is a ship that will never happen. I know this..." He shrugged, then smiled, "You should know me by now, I am always there for those I care about needs me and I do care about you." He smiled at the big brother comment even though it did sting he guessed Randy was right..."Yeah, big brother...then I guess the big brother in me needs to tell you to straighten up man, Believe me there are people out there that do love you and only want the best for you. No matter what you may believe there are."

He sighed “I want someone there for me more intimately than you want to be. Me and John… we were a thing but we thought it was weird because we were so close. We are there for each other when we need… a fix” he said truthfully “and since Dave and Hunter are working together now they are already fucking each other into the ground… and I have to do whatever they say at times. But, I want someone, I just want someone” he said, looking down as he sighed again, biting his lower lip.

Adam held a hand up at that 'than you want to be'. He rubbed his forhead and gave a deep sigh, "How do you know what I want Randy?" He shook his head, "I came here for you not to full fill my own wants..." He mumbled to himself mostly. His eyes glanced into Randy's direction as Randy spoke of Dave and Hunter, "I could see that with those two, granted you don't have to do EVERYthing those two block heads tell you to do. You're your own man, not some lapdog for those two." He stepped closer to Randy, once again tilting the man's head up with a small smirk on his own lips, "You got to realize before all this is over with you have me as log as you want ...."

He chuckled “Good thing I am a good cook or we would both be starved to death by the time you leave” he smiled. He looked down “I am alone, all alone, I’m there for Cody. Like I keep Cody safe, he knows I’m always there for him whenever he needs me, like a big “brother” with… benefits? I dunno, I want that, I want someone there like I am there for Cody. Like Joe and Jon to Colby, I just… I feel so alone” he said softly, looking at Adam.

Adam nodded in agreement, "Or least we would have boxes piled to the roof. I can order a mean ass take out if I need to." He knew that feeling Randy as going through he had been there in the past, but from what he could sense in Randy it was much deeper then he had been. "Being alone is a terrible feeling. I get you there. But...man your not alone....What about Cena? You two have always been close like me and Jay have been...Then there is Big Dave and Paul? Granted those two are probably bad examples. Still.." Adam questioned with a tilt of his head, "Add in myself, aren't I here standing in front of you when you needed someone. You are far from being alone Randy. You have people who do care about you. Much more then you realize"

Randy chuckled as he looked at Adam, moving to sit on the counter behind him. “You didn’t have to make yourself useful, but since you did, thanks for making some coffee” he said softly, looking down as he put his hands into his lap and slouched back onto the cabinets behind him. He took one of the cups of coffee and sipped on it slowly, “I know it’s kind of boring here, but there’s a guest room upstairs you could use if you want” he started slowly “but what do you want to do? I mean, you are the guest so I should listen to you” he said with a smile and a soft laugh.

Adam smiled and shrugged. "Just don't ask me to cook. I think the last time I even tried the fire department showed up at my door." He laughed but his statement was true. "Thanks man, I may just take you up on that offer.least for how ever long you need me." He smiled in Randy's direction he shrugged at Randy's question of what to do. "It all depends on what you want to do... do you want to talk about why you sounded so....alone?" He questioned.

Randy looked at Adam, he really appreciated the man being there for him “I’ll be back in 5 minutes… okay?” he said softly, biting his lip, he pulled away and walked into the bathroom. He removed his shirt and wrapped gauze around his wrists as well as tape to hold them. He didn’t care to put a shirt back on as he went to the kitchen again and in front of Adam. “Told you I’d be back” he said with a weak smile.

Adam nodded with a warming smile, "I will hold you to that." He watched Randy walk off. Adam leaned against the counter looking around as he noticed the coffee machine. He stood as he went to fix them both a cup of coffee. As he was just pulling cups out of one of the cabinets Adam heard the door open as foot steps approached. He glanced over at Randy with a warming smile any other time he probably would of eyed Randy even more but he knew even now wasn't the time or place. "And you was truthful to your words.I hope you don't mind. I made myself useful." He stated as he started to pour two cups.

Randy bit his lip and didn’t look at Adam, he couldn’t look at Adam. He tried pushing Adam off him, not wanting to expose it more then it has already been exposed. “It…it’s nothing Adam, just let me go use the bathroom, I’ll piss on the floor if I don’t” he lied, he wasn’t going to use the bathroom, rather go to try and cover up what he had done. His spiraling depression was due to many things, but now that someone was here for him, he wanted to be back to normal.

Knowing Randy as well as he does he could tell when the brunette wasn't being truthful with him. Adam though didn't want to push Randy into what ever direction he was going. Adam placed his index finger just under Randy's chin as he hoped Randy would look at him...."Just so you know, I am not going anywhere, if your in there a month I will be here just as long. Ok?" Adam wasn't a dumb blonde but he also knew it would have to be Randy's choice in opening up to him....all he could do was hope Randy would.

Randy looked down, he knew that somewhere down deep that Adam was disappointed in him, and he hated it a lot. He sighed and sat on the kitchen counter across from Adam, looking at him “I’m not going to turn you around, you know that. I wanted you to come, I just didn’t want to feel hopeless, although I have been” he said softly, biting his lip he looked down at his shirt as it started to turn red. “I need to run to the bathroom for something” he said, getting up, trying to move past Adam.

Adam shook his head, "I never once felt like you were hopeless man. I just saw a friend calling out for help." He watched Randy as he noticed where his eyes where headed, as Randy started to slip past him Adam's eye caught a tint of red on the other man's shirt. For a split second Adam didn't realize what he noticed. Then his eyebrows raised as on instinct he reached out for Randy's arm. As he pulled the other man towards himself as he moved his hand on Randy's. "Randy?" His voice softened ,"What the hell happened?"

Randy had mental beat him self up more then ever before tonight and the night before. He was getting little sleep just thinking that since Evolution was back, so would his old ways, and so far they proved him right. He almost severely hurt Roman, his ego was growing again, but not in a good way. He started to… cut… again, which was why he didn’t want Adam to come, but knew he wouldn’t listen. When he heard a knock on the door he went to the door, pulling his sleeves down to hide the marks, and opened it slowly showing Adam a weak smile.

"Hey… come in" he said, not fighting with the older man.

As Adam took in the sight of his friend he knew something serious was going on with his friend. He walked in taking a look around as he crossed his arms over his chest. "I know we last left things as you told me not to come. Something told me, nagged at me this is where I needed to be." His green eyes meet blue eyes," So don't deprive a guy that flew out from Nova Scotia and rushed all the way here just to tell me to turn around and fly back. What is going on man?" He asked, once again his concern was taking over.
