F U C K I T. . I have had a bit of a fuck it week and Ive eaten everything and not worked out at all! I am so regretting it now. . I have 4 weeks until my holiday and I am beginning to stress out because I’ve had such a bad week. These next 4 weeks need to be perfect and I need to work out at least 4 times a week. . Today I am going for a running this morning before taking a 45 minute walk into town to have lunch and drinks with friends.
