UPDATE ON SENTENCING FOR THE CIEL STAR CASE:

I finished speaking with the victim who went to the court sentencing today and have more news, here are a few of the new details: 

- HE IS DEADLOCKED IN GA. what this means, is he cannot go back to the comfort of his home with his mommy to take care of him in NY. he has to serve his probation sentence in GA where he comitted the crime for 10 years with a suspended sentence if he breaks the rigid house arrest rules. 

- ciel star verbally pleaded guilty when asked multiple times if he was guilty of all the charges by the judge. when asked if he is guilty, they also ask for example “are you being forced to plead guilty to these charges?” and he said no, he is doing this out of his own sound mind and body. 

- the judge “threw the book at him” which in legal terms means he roasted him while serving his sentence. the judge would’ve given him 40+ years in prison if he didn’t have this mental illness card, and agreed that he deserved MUCH MORE for the crimes. with that being said– the judge changed his suspended sentence, that was originaly 2+ years, to now be 20-40+ years in prison if he were to break his probation rules.

- all of the rules and regulations I listed briefly in my last post still stand, and later we will know more about the “details”. I’m not sure when cobb county will have the records posted to the public on their portal about the sentence today– but I will keep a look out for it. 

My own finishing thoughts regarding the case– I absolutely believe justice has been served today. the victim took her life back from him today, and took his away from him forever. he is no longer free to harm children anymore, his miserable pathetic life is over and he has no one but to blame for it but himself. understand that although he is not being sent to prison now, it is a VERY real possibility he will be soon enough. he has shown time and time again how he believes he is above the law by breaking house arrest rules throughout the trial process.. so It is very likely he hang himself again. so I’ll say again: IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING! If you see suspcious acitivity that may lead you to believe it could possibly be ciel star, reach out to me so I can send it to the authorities to be investigated.

I want to thank you for all the updates you’ve done on the Ciel Star case throughout the years. If you mind answering, what was the case like? How did you find where he lived and stuff?

Did you prosecute the case? What’s the story?

i didn’t prosecute the charge. i worked in tandem with the victim he was indicted for child sex abuse against. i just advocated online and gave updates based on what the victim gave permission on how everything was coming along. i was just the news paper basically. but with a lot more nuances considering my experience with ciel star/alicia, and my own personal knowledge of his online persona/antics/atrocities. i knew where he lived, because i had spent time in his home. long ago. when we were still “friends”. as for what the case was like, it was alot! not how the general public and victim wanted this to go…. him in jail. not just probation like he is currently. none of this is black and white.

thx for keeping an eye out for him. it icks me that this creepy weird man is just out there. probably still pretending to be 18 or whatever as he’s entering into his mid-30s. it sucks that your reports when he was caught violating his probations on several instances had seemingly not been escalated.

on a somewhat lighter note, the screenshots of him you had a while back of him pretending to be a smug 18y.o. japanese kid correcting the tourists made me laugh my ass off. considering his mugshot has him as 102% white with a 2% margin of error, was racist to asian cosplayers/stage actors lmfao, and egregious of all was tweeting confidently his zero understanding of the lang. so, also thank you for documenting even his stupidass escapades and i genuinely hope whoever that kid he was talking to on there found out he was a predator.

I was part of an irl fandom group with Evan/Ciel before they got into BB, and I NEVER in a million years thought I’d come across this in the year 2025 (my association with Ciel/that entire friend group stopped in 2010, bc I went off to college and moved on to other things), but now that I can look back on interactions and experiences, I’m honestly not even fucking surprised. He wasn’t stable back then, but at the time none of us were in a great place, so I never thought anything of it. Holy. Shit. I’m SO fucking glad I got the fuck out of dodge when I did. no updates the last time i checked (probably due for another look but i doubt anything changed). i personally believe he is breaking probation and is just under the radar/learned how to hide better because the stakes are extremely high (jail). otherwise, no updates.

they are back in GA. although there was that court order that allowed for them to move back to NY in 2023, they apparently are back in GA. below is a email from the sheriff’s office:

i blocked out the home address but if you want to see it, you can find it on the sex offender registry as it is public information to protect everyone from them. not sure why this changed and their back in GA. 🤷‍♀️

and don’t be a victim to the bystander effect! it’s easy to look away and carry on even if something we see disturbs us or worries us or believe could become a problem later. we don’t have to make everything about doing something when it’s already too late. if we see a guy speeding around the corner, drunk, and a couple blocks away we see someone turned away, not paying attention, not aware a car is about to hit them, and the only way they will know to move is if SOMEONE says “hey i think a car is coming to hit you” “oh fuck a car watch out lady” or anything like that… and you just mind your business, ignore it, lady gets hit and dies, and your like “oh maannn i could’ve said something and saved her” “dangit!!! i shoulda said something!!!!” and anything along those lines then it could’ve prevented a whole lot of mess. so if you see something, please say something. you never know if a concern is true or not. a investigation into a tip doesn’t harm the person their investigating unless its true. they won’t even know their being investigated. and then go on your way and if your right, good, you helped someone, and if your wrong, well thank god i didnt make a callout post about them! 😭

i want people to understand this about me before i disappear for another 3 months again. i do not identify as either a anti or a pro-shipper. i am a human being who believes sexualizing a child in ANY form, whatsoever, is abhorrent and disgusting. laws have been built and are being built for the purpose of that very thing.

now with that aside i’m going to say something controversial. i LOVE the Hannibal series. the one with mads, also known as peepaw. some very far far far far crazy “antis” believe it should be abolished and it sexualizes cannibalism. i believe exploring dark things like Hannibal should ALWAYS be allowed because we live in a free country. what i don’t do while enjoying Hannibal, i do not get a sexual gratification from it and i don’t condone cannibalism. i just simply like the dark aspects and exploration that is covered in the show. if i personally sexualized cannibalism and wanted to cannibalize someone then that would be another situation! you can enjoy media without sexualizing it or condoning it.

on the hand, sexualizing children in media in any form isn’t right, period. because when i watch hannibal i’m not getting off to the idea of someone eating another person or the idea of myself eating another person. the people who sexualize child characters, talk about wanting to fuck the child characters, fantasying about them being raped by a dog, by their caregiver, is when you have to draw the line. i draw the line there and many many many other people do, as alot of “antis” refer to themselves as normal people and normal people don’t sexualize children in any form. that’s just the hard truth. if you are imagining having sex with a child in any form, its a problem you should handle with a professional.

i do not believe in callout posts on tumblr UNLESS it’s someone like ciel star, who had this huge following online and just a big online presence in general with his youtube and it’s how he gathered all his victims. the times on here ive made any post about a person i find to be a red flag is because they approached me first. otherwise, i will always tell you to report it to the authorities for them to investigate. ive reported many tips many different times for people ive seen that concerned me with their speech and behavior, and i make a tip because its not my right to handle something that could so easily be not true or made up. investigators VERIFY before pursuing anything and by verifying i mean pulling apart what tip or report has been given before even going toward the idea of a charge. sometimes throughout these tips, ive gotten calls back from investigators or i didn’t hear from them. thats always the way i tell people on here who are worried about someone is to MAKE A REPORT. put in a tip. if you are that concerned, hand it over to the professionals. this vex/faust shit is a perfect example of why we should always leave these very serious matters in capable hands who can verify and not just believe what we see first hand. for example:

imagine the person, vex, who approached the op of the callout post, didn’t actually do that at all and just made a report. those screenshots are worthy of a literal police report bc they are so concerning and terrifying. you never go to some stranger to fucking make a callout post online who could then give away the fact that you are onto the person who you saw have the sexual conversation about the child with, and they freak out and destroy their shit, thus destroying possible evidence. please use this as a lesson to either anti or proshipper whatever the fuck, make a tip. file a report. its worth it just to be on the safe side as them investigating a person won’t harm them unless they actually are caught doing the crime that they were concerned about in the first place for the tip.

if see a red flag, and it scares you, makes you worried… say something. we shouldn’t wait until its too late to speak up and the person already committed the act and actually offended or sexually abused a child. alot of talk is about caring for the actual children who are assaulted, and its always about when its too late. care when the crime already happened. why do people care only when its too late. so make a report if your worried, help prevent it before its too late. it could actually make a difference in the worst case scenario and the concern is real and justified.

if i receive another anon again about something you saw that disturbed you, im going to say this: send in a tip or file a report.
