Introduction!
What if the Roman Empire never fell? Certainly an interesting question, but you need look no further than universe 1815135 for answers. Here the Roman Empire is still thriving, ruling half the world and only competing with the equally powerful Chinese Empire. Employing the best scientists, they learned to combine the genetic codes of animals and humans to create hybrids. Gladiators, workers, glorified pets, these hybrids are everywhere whether they come from a large company or the black market, and anyone who can afford the hefty price tag can purchase one.
Umbra Tela, translating to Shadow Web, is one of the spider people in this universe. A Rome based vigilante presumed to be a black market hybrid, the bounty on her head only grows every day. She is one of only two successful arachnid hybrids on the entire continent, and the only one outside of government custody. But if you don’t turn her in, she’d be more than happy to have a chat!
