Unfriendly reminder, but Azys Lla with the context of Endwalker, is now clearly Amon and his peers attempts to recreate Elpis but is twisted by the Allagan Empire need for conquest and capturing of primals and the noble's need to create twisted experiments for their own enjoyment. Just another society Hermes serves in with a different kind of apathy.

I'm gonna add that, aside from the floating chunks of land and the free roam experiments, the building designs are even remnisciant of the unsundered world.

Theres probably other design elements I'm missing, but the quarantine block stuck out to me when I saw it shortly after finishing endwalker for this reason.
