I am so lucky to work with people who support and encourage me, who love what they do but aren't blind to the challenges, who help me laugh through the struggles, who sit with me in coffee shops and at meetings as we slog through the endless drudgery of paperwork and grading, who keep me sane in meetings, and who aren't afraid to dream big for our students.
