do you think smile dog and Jeff are friends or enemies or a bit of both

I feel like Jeff and Smile Dog would have a dynamic kinda similar to Zuko & Uncle Iroh from Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Jeff is stubborn, angsty, and prone to getting himself into trouble because of his trauma and insecurities.

Smile Dog on the other hand is older, wise, and carries a carefree attitude—serving as a mentor to Jeff and always staying by his side no matter what.

Of course, Smile is not as kind as Iroh (in fact, Smile is a lot more blunt and often enjoys messing with Jeff). However, he genuinely cares for Jeff, wanting to see him improve and will protect him no matter what.

Jeff is always annoyed with Smile’s constant interference, but deep down, he appreciates his company.

So, to answer your question, I think it’s a little bit of both.

Before you ask, no. I don’t know how to stick to a consistent design. Let me experiment with the teethe dog until I like the design I give him.

So, I decided to draw EVEN MORE NPCs from Regretevator, except with a little bit of stylization.

Once again, I took some different approaches to some of the characters. Some examples include changing the entirety of Folly’s design into some eldritch military woman, turning Prototype’s horns into deer antlers because WE ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH BUG MOTIF NPCS, making Reddy SPHERICAL, and my personal favorite: making Mach look as uncanny and artificial as possible.
