Runoa stared down at her ice cream that had fallen to the ground and then she glanced up to look at the ice cream that she had gotten on the stranger. “I..I..Ice cream...” She frowned and tugged at some of her hair nervously. Then after a moment she realized that she needed to apologize because this was her fault because she had been off in la la land while walking. “I am so sorry! I didn’t mean to get my ice cream on your shirt.”

“I wasn’t specifically trying to follow you..I was just lost and you seem to know your way around this area..”

She had been using her ghost of a quirk to maneuver through the rather large crowd and not get bumped into. She was currently completely transparent but when she saw someone drop something she quickly dropped the use of her quirk, scaring a few people in the process but she quickly said a sorry and jogged over to pick up the fallen item and then she jogged over to the stranger who had dropped said item and tapped their shoulder. “Excuse me. You dropped this!” She held out the fallen item.

“O-Oh...” She stared at the poor little butterfly she had just accidentally stepped on. She hadn’t meant to step on the little guy..She hadn’t even seen him. This made Runoa sad because she really liked butterflies. Butterflies were so pretty and they were her favorite insect. She looked at the person nearest to her and frowned. “I’ve d-done a terrible thing...”

Izuku quirked an eyebrow as the message popped up. this was… strange. He hadn’t gotten a new first payment. Something was up. Was this a hero?? some new, small time villain who didn’t know muhc about his.. business?
Whatever the case, he had to be careful.
[ You tell me the information you want, and I tell you want you need and the price you will need to pay. Simple as that]
He leaned back in his chair, a bit interested to see the next response.
Runoa was surprised with how quick the response came. She bit her lip as she read the reply and then let out a frustrated sigh. She hadn’t known about some sort of payment. She tugged at her long locks for a moment and thought of what to say next. She then placed her hands back on the keyboard and began typing again. She had to make this believable. Maybe she’d get lucky and this person would be naive and not find her out.
[I see..I’m pretty new to the villain scene and I’m just trying to get my name out there so to be honest I’ll take any info you’d be willing to give me. My friend didn’t tell me about there being a payment so I’m not sure what to do there..]
She smacked her hand against her forehead and groaned. There was no way that this didn’t seem fishy. She was trying her hardest but she didn’t have it in her to act like a villain or pretend and she really didn’t want to pay him because she barely had money to get by now. Yeah she had an allowance but she’d already used most of it this month. She rubbed a hand across her face. She really should’ve saved a little bit of her allowance.
Ok so this obviously wasn’t a villain. This was bad. This means he got sloppy, or someone, most likely a smal time villain ratted him out. “Damnit..”
He sighed, He couldn’t let this person realize he was onto thme however. he needed to get the infomraiton of who ratted him out. Maybe if he played along, he’d be able to get the information..
[Sometimes small timers forget. you can just owe a favor then. Before I can give information, I need information from you first. What hero are you trying to fight, and your quirk.]
He leaned back in his chiar, “let’s see if they’ll try to keep up the act..”
She stared at the next message on the screen and let out a shaky sigh. Looks like everything was fine for now..Right? What if he was onto her and was just playing along? No..This seemed to genuine..But then again this was a villain and they were good liars. She placed her fingers on the keys again and started typing once more, tongue sticking out in concentration.
[That’s true I guess but it’s so annoying in my opinion. Should’ve remembered something like that. A favor? Alright.] She frowned after typing that. She didn’t like faking like this. It felt wrong to be mean even pretending like this. [Information from me..Okay..What hero am I trying to fight? Well to be honest I’m open to trying to fight any hero. I just want to get my name out there.]
She bit her lip nervously. She had to tell her quirk? But what if he found out who she was by that. I mean she could always give a fake but...Her mind was drawing blanks on quirks! I mean it wasn’t like she was the only one who had a quirk sort of like hers right? Maybe he wouldn’t figure her out. [My quirk...It’s called ghost. I can float or fly like a ghost would and I can go through solid objects and they can go through me as long as I am transparent or even partially transparent and I can become completely transparent or partially transparent..]
“I can’t believe I just gave my entire quirk away..” She smacked her palm against her forehead and sighed.

Runoa had gotten the info off of a villain that she had helped the hero she was interning with catch earlier that day. She had heard her boss talking about this before and she wanted nothing more than to help her boss catch this cyber informant villain. She was sure that her boss didn’t know she had gotten this information and honestly Runoa knew she was probably breaking some sort of rule here but she just wanted to help out considering her boss always seemed rather busy with other villains. She put in the info she had gotten and just stared for a few moments, not really sure of where she should go with this. She had to pretend to be something she was not and she was scared she’d get found out quickly. She took a deep breath and then sighed before typing with shaky hands.
[I heard from a friend that you have information? How do I go about getting some info? I didn’t get a lot of details from my friend who told me about you…]

“Oh...Sorry about my humming..It must’ve been super annoying.” Maybe humming while in a libarary where others were trying to study wasn’t the best of ideas but the humming helped her to focus on things and not lose track of what she was trying to do.
